Einstein Bros. Bagels

Ordered bagel and potato item from counter picked up order when called. Got to office and discovered no
Potato item. Very frustrated expect that type service from McDonald’s but not an Einstein

Both Einstein Bagels and Caribou Coffee in one shop. Very good customer service. Long (but fast moving) queues - but that just suggest how popular and nice this place is!
Would love if they start supporting full menu of Caribou as this is the only Caribou around and near Rockies.

So I got to the store at 1:40pm and the front door was locked (clearly before the advertised closing time). The employees inside saw several different people try the door. I have been frustrated before by the customer service in this store but this is disappointing.

Huge fan of Caribou being from Minnesota but my experience at this location has left me disappointed more than once. Yesterday I went to specifically to purchase beans as I had a couple weeks prior. Then I was told to pick 2 bags for $20 when I brought the Minita coffee to the register. This time I tried to do the same but was told that the Minita coffee did not qualify for that deal but they would honor it today only. I also ordered a maple latte and when I picked it up it felt unusually light, when I opened it I noticed it had pretty heavy foam on the top. Lattes don't usually have that much foam in my experience at Caribou or any coffee shop. I was informed by the barista that was the way it was supposed to be but she could add more milk. The owner said the same but at that point I just wanted to leave. I shouldn't have to argue about a drink. I just haven't had a decent drink from this location so I won't return. Bummed since Caribou is my fave.

The last time I visited I did not know until after I left that they refused to let my elderly father use the restroom. I think they must not have realized that he was with me, no idea since he was initially standing next to me while I purchased 2 bags of beans. My father did not tell me until later that they said the restrooms we're only for customers. That made me quite upset and sad.

Wished they hadn't cut ties with Caribou Coffee, but still a darn good bagel was had!

Some of the items from the Einsteins menu are no longer available so that is a bummer. The caribou coffee defenitly makes up for it!

I was really excited when I noticed this place in such a central location in Loveland but I've been disappointed each time I go there. The staff is eh, okay, I'd say. They all seem to despise their jobs. They also appear to be very understaffed--they'll only have 1 person making bagels and 1 person doing the register during a noon lunch hour. It usually takes them 10 minutes for an order that consists of 1 toasted bagel with a side of cream cheese. With only a half hour lunch break, it's truly not worth it to drive up there and get a bagel simply because it takes them so long to complete orders. Also, obviously some manager has told them they are supposed to shout "hot fresh bagels" when bagels come out, which they do, but they say it in unison with a depressed tone. Clearly they don't enjoy the childish task. Overall. Disappointing.

This place has never failed me in food. All their food is amazing! Highly recommend the meatball sub and their noodle salad - yum! All their bagels and spreads are great. And they have huge brownies and cookies for dessert

Friendly, fast, bagels fresh, and incredible atmosphere. They are always precise and outgoing. Know their regulars by name and order! Over exceed all expectation!. Been going there for 2 years, not one complaint!

Still no where to sit inside and enjoy your food or drink
