The drinks are wonderful and tasty no matter what you get, I do feel like there should be a little more consistency however. It's like a different drink depending on who makes it

1st time at the one at the corner of Eisenhower Blvd and Madison. Fast service and my drink was awesome. Definitely would go there again.

The staff is fine, but it's so difficult to find the entrance to the parking lot. I've given up several times. Not even worth trying unfortunately, especially if you're in a hurry.

I always appreciate the patience of the staff when trying to decide what to order. It's very nice not to feel rushed. Price point is great and beats a lot of other coffee shops around.

Just came back from the first time ever going here. This location makes the rest of Ziggis in Loveland look HORRIBLE! Not only did the lady give herself a tip (never handed me the iPad like other locations) but as she handed me the 2nd drink of the 4 drinks I order; she looked at me with a blank face and said “are you waiting on something?”. Of course I was I was missing 2 drinks! Never coming to this location again. Which by the way, it’s poorly built. The entrance to this location is poorly thought out. If you want poor service and giving away tips without consent this is your store.
