Ziggi's Coffee

Absolutely amazing food. First time customer. Had the mocha peanut frozen drink. Was in absolute heaven. Staff very friendly

I love this place and their coffee but the location design is horrendous. It is so confusing to get to and it is difficult to get out. They have you swing totally around from the drive thru to exit and you can see so many tire marks all over the curb where people couldn't make the turn. Really bizarre and I hope they change it. Until then I'll be going to the Taft location.

Reliable drinks, snacks, and good service from yet another Ziggi's. I appreciate their dedication to quality local ingredients and availability around town to avoid Starbucks. Entering this location is indeed weird/inconvenient since I tried through Madison (fail) but they're supposedly working with the city to add access from the big parking lot. Their signage was abundant and helpful for me to locate their entrance on Eisenhower, which added another minute to my commute, but stopping for coffee anywhere is rarely a quick bet. Cheers!

I have a crazy complicated order and they deliver it with a smile on their faces. I switched from Starbucks to Ziggis for their sugar free options. Thx ladies! I love it except for the location. It’s complicated to get in and out of. But otherwise very happy! 🌺

Good Italian sodas. Always friendly here. A little rich on the flavor syrup in the soda but I can understand that. Only complaint is the way the entrance and exits are. Not well planned out it seems.

On Sunday, Dec 12th:
Barista did not give us our total at the speaker OR the window... Not even when we gave her the money and she gave us our change... She didn't tell us what our change was,, she just gave us our cash back.. I had to ask for my rewards card back because she didn't give it back,, she didn't ask if I wanted to us my full (after this visit) rewards card to pay for 1 of our drinks,, she just assumed I wanted to use it... I had to ask for it back before we pulled away (I like saving my full cards to give as gifts).. She didn't ask if we wanted espresso beans with our coffee's... My burrito was a complete mess and fell apart wen I took it out of the bag... We tried this location because we love ziggi's but this store was a disaster experience so we will stick with our 2 usual stores here in town from now on..

Ziggis is awesome great staff friendly out going. I go there several times a week. Try their blended red bull infusions. They are a pick me up in the middle of the day. I love this place.

Some worker with butterflys tattooed up her arm said they could not break a $50, mat I remind you this was mid day. When I asked for a card so I could reach out to her manager to confirm this she said they had none. When I asked for her name, she was not wearing a badge she said she did not have to give me her name? I hope others get better customer service than I did

I enjoy Ziggi's product - it's a very relaxed and cute atmosphere, but the location of the particular store is horrible. There is only one entrance, headed west-bound on Eisenhower, and I imagine they lose a ton of business for sheer inconvenience.
