Krispy Kreme

Rude staff that did not pay attention to any of the waiting customers. Clearly were just hanging out with eachother.

Came through the drive through at 9:30pm and was asked if we had an “online order”. We said no and the girl said “well we’re closed”. Google says this location closes at 10:30pm. We pull around and every employee is sitting around on their phones. Very disappointing.

Donuts wonderful as usual but coffee awful. We were there later in the day but if you’re a donut shop make sure your coffee is fresh.

I usually love Krispy Kreme donuts but this locationn seems to only serve cold stale donuts. I’ve given it 3 chances and each time they gave me stale cold disgusting donuts which is the opposite of what I expect from Krispy Kreme. That’s sad cuz they used to be my favorite. They are definitely not fresh donuts. They taste like the kind you get from the grocery store. So I guess I’ll just go to Dunkin’ Donuts around here since this location sucks it really does.

Tried the Santa doughnuts. Pretty awesome! Grandkids loved them too

Great Staff! Sadly I have to rate them low becuase no matter what time of day you go they are always out of the different flavors of donuts, leaving just chocolate or glazed as your choices. Also, becuase of this dont order online. They just sub any donut in place of what you ordered without consulting you. I have never seen the doughnut matching actually in use.

The only reason we gave two stars was because the lady was nice. We go to get what we thought was a simple order, only to find out all of the things I wanted were sold out. Coffee, donuts, a total of 4 things. We get to the window and the lady say, "your change was 97 cents but this is all the change we have left," and proceeds to try and hand me 75 cents. Although it isn't that big a price difference, it is a very big deal to short customers money, knowingly or not. We will not be returning anytime soon.

I love Krispy Kreme donuts and I wish that they would move on to Shelbyville but the food was good and so was the service.

The cashier took my cash for my order without telling me they don't have change.

You have to tell the customer before they pay that you're going to keep their change.

I would have paid with my card if they told me.

Only the drive through was open due to staffing shortage, but a few workers or people were sitting inside. Donuts tasted great, but icing job very light and sloppy on chocolate iced creme filled.
