Krispy Kreme

Always friendly! I usually get doughnuts for my family on Saturdays and they are always my brothers first choice. The drive thru is quick and going inside is about the same. I usually go later in the day so that could be why service is so prompt. They also have an app now for rewards so definitely check that out.

If I could give a 0 I would. I went 20 minutes OUT OF MY WAY to get Krispy Kreme and I was met with a nasty, very rude cashier that clearly hates her job. She was so nasty my craving instantly went away. I don't want someone with that kind of negative energy handling my food.

Normally a good place to go. I don't know if they are having a hard time finding help. But line is slow and person at window today didn't understand us.

Short tempered, quiet staff member helped us. Wasn’t much help at all. Gave us the wrong donuts and didn’t even ask if I wanted whipped cream on my iced latte. Really sad with the service today

krispy kreme is fire but i just went there and asked for the cinnamon sugar churrdough and said they were out of it and then still charged me for it?

Krispy Kreme is by far the best donut place out there. I wish they would come back to Indianapolis . Had a great experience at the one in Jeffersonville, IN last month as we rushed in just before closing on our way back to Indianapolis. Manager was very helpful and even gave us a little deal. Keep up the great service and donuts!

This store is horrible. Everytime I’ve been there, and it has been at different times they are always out of everything and the donuts I usually do get are stale and even have gotten creamed filled ones with no cream. Last time I went to get donuts there the first three donuts I asked for they were sold out of mind you this was like 730-8am in the morning and the ones I did order I asked if they were fresh they said well they were made yesterday. I just said no thanks and drive away.

Doughnuts were as good as always. Krispy Kream doughnuts are good anytime of the day. Only issue was drive-thu service. Service was extreamly slow. Waited over 20 min in line.

WOW! I am blown away by the customer service!! Yesterday, my 2 year old son and I were running really early for school/work, so we met a friend for breakfast at Krispy Kreme. While eating, one of the guys behind the counter brought out a sample doughnut hole for my son. He then brought him a balloon. After my son played with the balloon for awhile, the employee came over and drew a picture on the balloon. What I've noticed over the 2 years of motherhood is that women are much more likely to interact with a child than a male is. My son is ecstatic anytime a male interacts with him. This employee made my son's day, which in turn, made my day. As for the facility itself - it is always clean and welcoming. Of course, the hot doughnuts are the BEST. I have never had a bad experience here, so I guess that's why I've never gotten around to writing a review. Yesterday's visit warranted a review. This Krispy Kreme location has some fantastic employees. Thank you to the gentleman that helped start our morning off the best way possible yesterday!

Love it here! They have the best hot chocolate ever! They make it with milk. I personally don't like it with water and won't drink it. But I come as much as I can to get one before work
Always super nice and friendly.
