Absolutely love this place the teas are amazing! Inside is super cute and so are their doordash bags I thought it was adorable they drew a little doodle on the bag this time!

I've been going her for the past 3 or so years and I am never disappointed. I LOVE this place! It has wonderful Taro and Passion Fruit tea. The owner knows me and always asks how I'm doing. She is such a kind person and her employees offer great recommendations for drinks! I will definitely keep going here and thoroughly enjoy every drink I get. 😄

I’ve tried many bubble tea places, and honest to god this is the best bubble tea I’ve ever had and their tapioca pearls were beautifully cooked. Everybody there was super nice, and they made my drink very quickly. I’m so sad that I don’t live closer, I will definitely try to travel more often to come here!

I go in regularly and the quality of your drink can kind of depend on who is working. Usually pretty great though!

It was a nice place , had all 03 available ice cream rolls and would recommend some more add-ons wrt to toppings along with some other variety of flavors too. Shakes are good too and specially there bubble one's 👍

Normally I enjoy my experience at Hi Tea- but now that there is a completely new staff, the service is awful. The regular worker with bangs and glasses is the best, and honestly I feel bad for her! She was the only one actually taking orders and making drinks. Her co-worker was just sitting on her phone and ignoring everyone who came in. She even watched me walk in and totally ignored me and made the worker with glasses do everything during a rush while she just sat there. Hoping the staff will actually start working and get drinks out I'm a timely manner and actually interact with their customer base.

I always enjoy coming here, and neither the service nor the drinks have ever disappointed me! I'm always greeted with a smile, and the staff is always happy to offer suggestions when I'm unsure of what to get. The lychee milk tea with tapioca boba is my particular favorite among their specialized milk teas, however all of them are excellent! I highly recommend.

The ice cream was good and also the tea. Fast and efficient. The place was neat and clean.
