Hi Tea

I have been going to HiTea religiously for 3 years. Everytime I have gone I've had nothing but Good customer service, great drinks/ice cream, reasonable prices, and a friendly and welcoming environment (super aesthetic too!). I love supporting a small business and drinking their yummy boba 😋

My first time being there and I will not be back because of the customer service. I understand they’re having trouble hiring but the one girl behind the counter was not making any effort to do anything as the other girl behind her was making all the drinks. The girl at the register did not say anything and I stood there wondering when I’d be able to order and she was leaning against the register, rubbing her eyes & mumbling that I could order. Not even asking if I was ready just that “I could.” She asked if I wanted boba and I said yes trying to find the flavors and after 20 seconds of me looking for them, she finally points to them. Her attitude was just mumbling words & when I went to pay, she got her phone out and was on her phone with an AirPod in. Then she was walking around, rolling her eyes, hand on her hip and just mumbling words. Didn’t even know how to make my drink and made the other girl do it. The drink was good, but not good enough for me to come back because of the customer service.

I've only been there once and I love it. It's a cute little tea place. It's decorated so nicely. You get to watch how they make you drink and you get to see your rolled ice cream be made right Infront of you. They use fresh ingredients and you can taste the love they put in their food and drinks. I highly recommend Hi Tea. :)

Maybe it was a one time issue but my first and possibly only visit was horrible. I sit here (along with another customer who ordered 2 people before me) waiting for our stuff while at least 5 or more other people got their orders first. The 1 girl who was working and making the drinks was extremely rude and then just walked out in the middle of a rush. The girl running the cash register had absolutely no idea what she was doing. My brother praised this place but upon my first visit I am severely disappointed and I still haven't got my items almost 30 minutes since ordering as I write this. Can not say I will ever be back. Will continue to get my tea from starbucks until a new place opens somewhere that actually knows who to perform customer service correctly and hire employees who actually want to work.

It has a clean atmosphere and had friendly waiters that served delicious drinks. Nothing more to say

The Bubble Tea is AMAZING! The service is quick and friendly. It's so great to finally have a bubble tea place in Cedar Rapids, can't wait to go back!

Staff is very friendly! Drinks are appropriate size for the price. Store is really cute too! Always happy with my order :)

All the staff greeted me kindly and everytime I've been in there I've had nothing but amazing customer service...until now. A employee with bright dyed red hair was asked by one of their very busy coworkers to help make drinks but he ignored her and walked out. Very rude and bad work ethic.

Prices are reasonable and the drink taste good, my cousin loves the ice cream!

Tried Vietnamese Coffee 10/10. Kids are addicted to Milk Tea with Boba. Great appearance in the tall plastic glasses and wide straws. Go there often.
