Waiting in the drive through line for 20+ minutes is not my idea of quick service. While they still had the specific type of doughnut I was looking for, management needs to open the 2and drive through window to improve their customer experience.

Great experience. We were given a freebie donut upon entering, and it was so good that it just made you want more. Everyone working there smiled, and seemed to enjoy working there. It's a great place to relax, sit and chat. My daughter and I even took some home.

Doughnuts were great as usual, but they were hard to eat because I used the restroom and it was just so nasty. If I had to guess, I think it hadn't been cleaned really good in a while. Yuck

This is the first time going to Krispy Kreme. I love how you could see the donut holes being made through a glass wall. Also while I was in line to buy a coffee, they gave me a free donut hole. The coffee was very good as well. I think it's better than Starbucks and better priced.

They have false advertising what they advertise in the menu isn't actually what you can order went through the drive-thru and I had to actually go inside to pay because they couldn't run a card correctly but other than that I guess no problems

Love, love those warm glazed donuts, right out of the oven. Every time I go to Lexington, I go to Krispy Cream. I also love the long johns with the chocolate icing and white cream inside. Add coffee with double cream, hello baby. The best sugar high. No need for lunch or dinner, you just ate all your calories for the day. 😥
