Krispy Kreme

Great service. First time at a Krispy Kreme. If you haven’t had one of their fresh original glaze donuts, then you do not know what a doughnut supposed to taste like and highly suggest to make sure you get a fresh, warm one.

The hot sign was on, my wife had never been in one and so it happen, friendly staff, and the donuts were fabulous

I placed an online order and still had to wait longer than someone who didn't order ahead. The air conditioning was broken and the fans were uncomfortably loud. The coffee was horrible, but the donuts were hot. It was al disappointing.

Fail boat Krispie Kreme! If you say the driver thru is open till 11pm, keep the drive thru open till 11pm! Extremely and utterly disappointed with you for this!

Typically I have a wonderful experience at Krispy Kreme. According to the website, the drive through is open 24 hours. This morning, I went there at 3:45 am to pick up doughnuts for a work celebration and the message when I pulled up to the drive through was that they are currently closed and I should come back later. My work is not close to the store so that isn't an option. PLEASE CORRECT THE HOURS POSTED ONLINE TO REFLECT REALITY AND NOT MISLEAD YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Nothing beats their original glazed donut. Grab a milk and a coffee. Make sure to ask for extra napkins. There will be loose sugar snowflakes on your shirt. Remove snowflakes carefully! ;-)

Actually, our donut experience sucked! We went through the drive-thru to get the HOT NOW donuts because the light was on. Not only did we not get hot donuts, we got near frozen ones. My daughter took them back inside to get warm ones only to spend 15 or more minutes waiting to get our box of donuts back. She was totally ignored, hoping she would just leave. We finally got our old box of donuts back....without any fresh hot . They said they had run out. They didn't say "sorry, kiss my a** " or anything. This has never, ever happened before. This is how Krispy Kreme stores go out of business all over the country......employees that just don't give a care. I hope someone higher up does care.

The worst experience ever! Don’t go here! Always missing donuts even when u order what u want 7 hours ahead of time! Management/ corporate was rude and not helpful. I love Krispy Kreme but I might as well take my business to Dunkin or some other donut shop!

My very first experience was a very wonderful one! I told them it was my first time eating one of their famous donuts and the manager gave me a donut hole on the house to show me what all the rage was! Needless to say I bought a dozen and went on my way. The donuts are great but the service was amazing!

Come over 50 miles for KK donuts, for the past 2 visits we have been una ble to get originial cream filled. During this visit though the Drive thur we ordered 6 original and 6 glazed original creams filled, got the window and was handed our order with 6 original and 6 choc creme fill. The problem is we weren't informed at the speaker there was no orignial creme filled, so we could decide on other flavors.
May be the last time for a visit at the location for a little while.
