I received an email to come enjoy a dozen doughnuts FREE for my birthday. I ended up paying full price. The clerk was so UGH! Some birthday gift. I almost deleted the app.

Not opened 24 hours. I went to get food after a long day at work. I am rarely out this far thought it would all be worth it just for some donuts. But jerks smoking in the back said they were closed

Awful experience. Associate gave me hard time using a coupon in drive thru. She refused to let me use . It was totally a valid coupon. With all the hassle, I told her don’t worry about it , I will pay for it. So I did. I ended up placing another order on the app and used my coupon for another order while waiting on that order . I told her I placed order, and would like to grab it as well. She made me get out of drive thru and told me I had to come in to get the order. I shook my head in disbelief.She closed window.I then drove off. I meditated and went back thru drive thru, politely requesting my paid mobile order. She was so shocked to see me again. It was all over her face. Lol. She changed her entire demeanor. This could have went so wrong, and all so unnecessary. You all will never believe all this hassle took place for A dang cup of coffee. Maybe she was upset I didn’t order a donut. So I left there with 2 cups of coffee. It took half of morning debating over a coupon for coffee… smh…

Tasty. Could have been warm, but. Drive-thru had a line but moved fast. Employee in window was nice. Apple fritter was thin and could use more apples. Tasted different than other fritters I've had so that was a nice surprise. Filled donuts like the cake batter were good (minus the sprinkles, IMO). Would like to visit again and actually go inside but SO FAR away from my location. Wish they would build more in the area.

Krispy Kreme is a staple in the South. My family loves hot doughnuts from this shop. The coffee is good too.

Every time I come to Krispy Kreme they machine down for the latte when someone else had just went there and got one if they have certain times for certain things that need to be posted so the public can know

We waited 30 minute’s for two dozens and four drinks worst customer service and the donuts was big and some were small

Donuts were awesome as always.
When greeting the customer in drive thru, please say good morning instead of Krispy Kreme.

HORRIBLE! Today is National Coffee Day and Krispy Kreme sent me an email that said they offered free coffee today. So I thought it was the perfect opportunity for me try their coffee. I went there right after work. It took me 35 mins to get there. I was excited to do something for myself. I pulled up to the drive through. I said hi and said I was there for the free coffee since it is National Coffee Day. The woman taking my order didn’t greet me at all. She said she didn’t understand me. I repeated what I said. She kept saying she didn’t understand me, but not in a nice way. And said ‘Drive around’. So I did. I said the same thing for a third time. You should’ve seen how she looked when I said that. She looked so unpleasant when she heard I wanted free coffee. She brought the coffee, I said thank you. She didn’t say anything at all. 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE. It was not worth the drive. All I wanted was to try the coffee, I didn’t deserve disrespect!
