Went in to pick up some donuts. Had a problem with the Krispy Kreme app. The manager there Angricat was very helpful. Actually got a better deal than I expected. I know now why they made her the manager…. She is first class in customer service. Didn’t have that type of service with other employees on previous visits. I will definitely ask for her on my next visit. Thank you Angricat.

Really just unreal. Drive through blocked off for what reason? Everything shows it's open 24/7. Supposedly a fairly new remake of the original store there, just a major disappointment. If you are not going to offer the services that are listed on the internet, maybe change your internet ad?

Mr.White! This location is great, we get 20+ dozen and 2-4 coffee carafs every Friday morning and never an issue. The team works well together as you can see through the glass and the place is clean as a hospital. Great job B.R Krispy Kreme Team!

Sign states open at 6am, didn't open until 7am. As one rude employee said as she was walking into work at 645am, I asked what time do you open? "When we want to open" as she was walking in. This place has terrible customer service and the employees are very rude. I watched the rude employee remove donuts from the rack with her bare hand. Our donuts were cold an employee said we have limited donuts.

Just left this location on Plank and Hollywood. The young lady at the front counter was TERRIBLE!!! I greeted her, and she just blinked her eyes and didn’t say a word to me. I ordered and paid for a dozen donuts. When I had selected 9, I chose a final flavor (since the flavor I actually wanted was only for display), she asked me how many I wanted. THREE!!! I ordered a dozen! She handed me the box without a word. Courtesy/customer service = -9. No need to worry about a future encounter. I will not return to this location. Greeting/courtesy is not a lot to ask for. What is wrong with you?! I was the only customer inside when I was ordering. Customer service still matters in 2022. I work in retail also. Greet the customer. Be warm and friendly. Time and money wasted on the disappointing service I received at this location. Lesson learned.

Disappointed i went to try the pumpkin donuts advertised & they only had one flavor of the four flavors advertised. Staff was not friendly & the store needs cleaning as it did not appear clean. These donuts are delicious.
