The food was amazing and very fresh. The service was great, very friendly and funny. Everything seemed very clean and nice. It looked like a dive from the outside but totally worth eating here.

My family and I love the magnolia cafe! They have live music on the weekends with great local bands. We'll go up there once in awhile for my kids to dance around and enjoy a good meal. Locally owned by some great people. Can't go wrong with visiting the Mag!

Stopped here on my way to visit the Mrytles Plantation. Menu had a variety of options. I ordered the grilled shrimp and my date had the french dip. Food came out quick and was delicious. Love the fact that the hostess let us choose our seats.

Really great local spot! We came on a busy Friday night and snagged a table in the bar section where we could still hear the live music. We would've loved to sit outside with the music and dancing, but alas, we arrived too late to get a spot. The food was great! We had a filet and catfish platter, all en pointe, and drinks were made very well. Even the owner came by and made sure we were taken care of! The only confusing part was that it is a seat yourself establishment, so we wandered around lost for a while. It was also difficult to tell if tables were empty, as some customers were dancing. Go early, eat good food, drink good drinks, and dance until they close!

Crawfish boil soup paired with Shrimp poboy! 😋 Great food, service & atmosphere!

I came in here with another teacher and three students while on a school trip. We were promptly ignored in favor of regulars. It took well over an hour and twenty minutes to get our food and the waitress just offered us cookies. I am sure this place is great if you live in St Francisville but if you are not a regular do not expect stellar service.

This is my favorite place to eat at when visiting St. Francisville!

Best sensation salad since Bob & Jake's Restaurant in Baton Rouge...for ya'll that remember. And you'll be glad you ordered a hamburger too, it's on my top three places to get one...made from scratch like mama used to. The owner and staff make you feel right at home. I love coming here to dine.

A great place to have lunch! Beautiful drive to St. Francisville. My favorite dish is the fried fish and their sensation salad. It's such a treat for my mom and I. They have an outdoor eating area and I hear they have music on weekends.
