Pura Vida Coffee

This coffee shop makes absolutely the best coffee not only in town but probably in like 30 miles radius! That is the reason we do'nt mind driving a bit to go there every weekend!! All the people working there are absolutely amazing as well. I wish they had a bigger porch and/or more tables on porch as we really like to sit there - but it could also be due to covid and social distancing. Anyway, just go there once and you will see what you've been missing.

We stopped here 5 or 10 minutes before closing and even though they were starting to clean up for the day, they were so nice and personable! So often if you go into a place around closing time, they act as if you are intruding. Not here! I felt they were glad we were there and even made small talk with us while my tea was brewing:) I will definitely be coming back! Oh, and the iced tea was wonderful!

Phenomenal!! The food (I had the chipotle turkey sandwich) was delicious and so moist and soft without being soggy. The coffee was some of the best I've had in a long time, I highly recommend the honey clover latte! also the service was stellar, everyone was so friendly and kept checking on us to make sure everything was good. I can't recommend them enough, especially being a couple minutes off of Route 81!

My friend and I absolutely love this place!!! The people are so friendly and have a great attitude. Not to mention the food and drinks are always delicious. This is by far my favorite coffee shop I’ve been too. I would recommend this place to anyone because they would never be disappointed!

Lovely little place that did wonders to ease us into our flight out of HGR. Easy access off of 81. Peaceful and welcoming.

Pura Vida is a wonderful coffeehouse that everyone should try at least once! The food is wonderful and prepared quickly, the drinks are varied and delicious, but most importantly the staff is welcoming, kind, and caring. As a fairly regular customer the staff never make me feel like I'm just another customer. We have on going conversations about our lives, families, and just about anything else under the sun. I cannot recommend Pura Vida highly enough. Skip starbucks and give this place a try, I guarantee you won't regret it!

This is my favorite coffee place. I have been to a good bit of coffee cafes and their sugar cookie latte is my all time favorite from every place I've been! I have had favorites before coming to this place, but once I tried their sugar cookie latte, that became my absolute all time favorite. I order that with almond milk and it is the best coffee I have ever had! It has a very smooth taste to it. I don't even need to add anything to it. Usually I add sugar or more creamer, but I don't with this :) Locally owned and the people there are so nice! The food there is great also! I love their vegetarian taco salad. Really good and filling! If you love coffee like I do, I highly recommend checking this place out! Great atmosphere and superb coffee!

Food you actually love to eat! We turned down our "free" hotel breakfast and happily found this place, worth the 6 mile drive.

Had a wonderful family breakfast here. The food is made to order with fresh ingredients. The menu is of a nice Costa Rican flair. Great drinks and bakery items. Very friendly and helpful staff. Please give them a try!

Probably the friendliest business I've experienced. Twice I have gone in right before closing, (which is the time in some small businesses that I have been made to feel very unwelcome) and they treated us like we were their favorite customers. Their service and attitude is even better than their iced coffee.
