They are so slow. I know it takes a minute to make each coffee, but I literally waited 15 minutes from speaker time to order completion. I will make sure I don't come back. Can't handle it anymore.

Fast service in the drive thru considering the lobby was closed. Very friendly staff. They did miss putting one thing in my bag but I called and they corrected it right away.

Wish this was a STARBUCKS! They have been closed inside for 3 months now, no big deal I guess but I do have an issue with the employees there SELECTIVELY allowing customers inside to drink there coffee even though there closed inside otherwise.

One of the better Biggbys to go to for a quieter atomsphere! Always polite and not being loud and joking or slamming around. There's one closer to my house, but I go out of my way to visit this one. Good job Biggby on West River! You're a model for the others!

First off I am pretty sure homegirl, that was working and messed up my order, walked off the job at 8 am. There seemed to only be one person working and by herself she busted booty made a proper drink and filled the position of at least 1 to 2 other positions BY HERSELF! and still managed to do everything. She is well deserving of the highest of fives and a vacation.
Second no one cares about you going to Starbucks (other reviewers) starbucks puts many chemicals into your drink and profits off of slave labor both in store and with supplies
With that said, some people are not meant to be baristas, so please don't spoil a business based one the incompetence of one person. Obviously we are spoiled to have this location.

Just visited for the first time this morning (July 29th) and all workers were super friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. Customer service was great! I usually dont leave reviews for places but they were so nice, I had to!

I’m disappointed once again. I’ve tried to give the Michigan based company my business since I live here, but the product usually tastes like water. This was the last time. Too bad. I’d rather spend my money at Biggby. STARBUCKS here I come.

This biggby does not accept their own coupons from phones. Get with the times. Rockford biggby is way better. This franchisee owner at west river dr needs a little better training. Definitely my first and last time here.

What makes this location great isn't the delicious drinks and goodies but the employees here are wonderful. Very helpful, happy to help the coffee inexperienced and I always hear laughter in the background.

This is the only Biggby that on my route to work, I can almost guarantee having to tack on an extra 15 to 20 minutes to my morning drive due to the "prompt" service, If there was a Starbucks or something else on this road I would go there. Y'all really need to step it up. Being told to wait a moment, in 5 minutes later get answered when there's no one in line and no 1 through the drive-through is absolutely ridiculous
