Best coffee chain, awesome food, great coffee

Hit this company up regularly. Earn a free drink once every couple weeks. Went to 54th and Division location one morning this week and the three employees seemed overwhelmed. I've worked in food service, so I know this happens. Ordered a cup of drip. Told my drink would be a minute. For a cup of drip. The cups are right there. Went to the end of the counter to wait for my cup. No one got it. Went back to the register, grabbed it myself, filled cup, sat down. Next thing I know, one of the dudes behind the counter screams at the top of his ever-loving lungs: plain bagel! I jerked my head toward him and realized what he said and got up to get my bagel. Pretty sure the dude I looked at screamed, but the manager owned it and defended his screaming. Before I left I asked for the owner's #. I planned to call him, but thought better of it. Food service experience, etc. I know how it gets. But now I will call him, after returning to the same location, getting an iced drink that I've been ordering for years without spilling on myself. Spilled it on myself. Considerable amount of liquid in reservoir. Same guy behind the counter as before. What I didn't spill on myself I sopped up with a couple napkins. Smile at them when you come in, or face their wrath. One star because you can't post without picking at least one.

the workers here don’t close lids properly. the second i was given my drink, the lid completely opened and spilled all over my lap. i had to go to the emergency room and now have painful second degree burns all over my lap and inner thighs.

01/10/22 tired to get some coffee today and without any notice they were closed. There were multiple cars in drive thru and all had to leave. Maybe y'all should put up notices if you aren't going to be open during business hours.

I went to the Wyoming/M6 location counter service since the drive thru was packed this morning and ordered 3 drinks and a sausage bragel. I got myself a coffee and my kids a smoothie. My husband isn’t a coffee drinker so we looked online and he wanted the sausage and egg sandwich. Nowhere online does it mention that cream cheese is added to this sandwich. When I came back to the car with the sandwich, he noticed the cream cheese and went in to ask for one without cream cheese and was told he would have to PAY for another sandwich. We just spent over $20 here, my husband said he wouldn’t pay more and just left the sandwich there. And decided to go somewhere else. I’ve never been to a restaurant where if you didn’t like the preparation of a dish, they made you pay for both. This is not good customer service and we won’t be back.

I went here today and got 2 coffees. When I started driving both of them was leaking from the lids all over my car. I don’t understand how this could happen but that’s unacceptable. Won’t be going to this location again. Never had a problem here before but lately the service has gone so far downhill I don’t understand how it’s still open.

Just a note that I sadly just discovered [at 7:50pm] that they have temporarily adjusted their hours to close at 6pm, and not 9pm as posted on Google.

5 stars to give them the benefit of the doubt that I'm sure the decaf coffee I would have purchased would have been yummy :)

Slower biggby but it's always accurate. Never have gone in this location always through the drive thru. Hate the drive thru here but that's not their fault. I know the local area biggbys have been training a ton of people around this time so sometimes service is a little slower. It's a busy location being right off a main stretch.

Never open when they’re supposed to be at this one. Can’t grab a coffee in the morning if the employees didn’t feel like coming to work and opening the shop that day. 🙄 You’ll have much better luck at the one over on Kalamazoo...they’re WAAAAAAAAY better.
