My first visit was AMAZING! Not only did staff help me by giving me a great choice for first time coffee drinker but a regular customer also helped understand the coupons and customer rewards. My first impression was amazing. I appreciate the great staff and friendly customers.

One of my friends just went here and ordered a coffee. When she went to receive her drink the lid wasn’t properly closed and spilled all over her lap giving her second-degree burns, and causing her to go to the hospital. When the incident happened the workers close the window and wouldn’t acknowledge what they had done. Instead of apologizing or checking they decided to lock the window and proceed watching her scream and yell.

Quite bummed they changed their tea. I really liked the pomegranate oolong. Then I switched to their chai and they switched that too... The new cosmic chai is okay, but I'd rather then bring back the old one and the pomegranate oolong!!!
Side note: the open sign is REALLY tough to tell if it's on.

I love Biggby, have been a very frequent customer since they opened in GR as Beaners. Prices and sizes beat out other places in town and there is more than enough selection for everyone to be satisfied. A hot coffee, a cold drink, or a quick bite, this is by far my favorite location. Gotta get in for free shot Fridays and treat a friend on BOGO Wednesday.

The slowest place ever, it dont matter if theres 5 people in front of you or your the only one, takes forever!!! I find myself driving further to go to Starbucks bc it never fails how slow this location is!! Management needs to get there stuff together!!!
