Worst grilled fish ever served by wait staff that obviously hate their jobs. The walleye was cooked like shoe leather and so thin we assumed they split a filet. Terrible food! Unpleasant staff.

Good food at a decent price. Fries are great but portions of meat (I had fish wife had chicken) were small with more fries than I could eat. Staff was very attentive even during the packed house of the Fisherman's Picnic weekend.

Very delicious breakfast food! Also very well priced! I enjoyed that they had a take-out option, as well, since I could then eat on the beach with my dog. This place also has a really nice online ordering system that made it very easy to order ahead!

Loved the eggs Benedict. Service was phenomenal. The chili omelet was not a hit. Great location. No wait time at 8 am

Got in right after opening and glad we did because it filled up fast. No muss no fuss diner style breakfast. Unique menu options (top was the 'Just for Fun' which is a traditional egg sandwich but with a cinnamon roll for the bun! And bottom was the 'Tent Warner' omelette). Kept us full for a 5 mile hike we went on that day. Prices were very reasonable.
A must go if you need a breakfast spot.

Overrated and overpriced.
We ordered to go and then sat at a bench across the street on the waterfront to eat - it’s very conveniently located.
We ordered two omelets with bacon and sausage on the side.
The bacon was soggy and nowhere near crispy and the sausage seemed to be just frozen, microwaved sausage patties (I don’t know that they were microwaved, that’s just how they tasted).
The omelets were edible, but that’s about it. The eggs were dry. The chili on one of the omelets was really good, though. The hashbrowns were soggy and greasy. The cranberry wild rice toast was good.
There are limited options in Grand Marais for breakfast, and while this is located in a beautiful spot, the food is subpar and the prices are high (at least for what we ordered). In the future we will opt to bring something along with us.

Great place to stop for breakfast or lunch. Look for the entries with fresh caught salmon from Lake Superior.

Just walked in off the street and had the all you can eat Walleye. The not so good was that the soup that I opted to come with it was not so good and pie after was so-so. But, the Walleye was excellent and I would recommend it to others. Staff was friendly as well.

Food was kind of bland. The fish had no seasoning on it besides some pepper. The fried walleye was okay. The salad was okay as well. Service was good.

We did not have a pleasant experience here. The food wasn't good and the prices were very high. The only thing I did enjoy was the cinnamon roll.
We will not be coming back.
