Great book store, a little pricey though. Lots of books to choose from, nice set up and easy to navigate. Nice staff.

well stocked store (at least what I was looking for). Normally I go into bookstores and they don't have don't have some of the first books from a series, they'll have one but not 2 or 1 but not 2 or 3 (which isn't as big of a deal but I do prefer to by the first couple in a series at the sametime). I find this happens if the series has been out for a while and is either completed or hasn't had an new book released. This store had nearly every book in the series (Dresdyn Files) so I was very pleased with the stock!

This used to be my favorite book store a few years back. They used to have a section of shelves at the beginning of each topic that held all the books that came out in the last six months to a year sometimes.

It really helped when i went shopping for newer books and not just the stuff that's recently published.

Someone thought that was a bad thing or something. Now if it isn't "just" published or on some bestseller list then you have to go diving into the stacks and try to figure out if you've read that particular book or not. This is especially annoying regarding series books.

Back to Books-a-million I go.

Nice and clean. There's also a Starbucks here so thats a plus too. The staff here are always helpful and I find what I need with no problems at all.

When check out they will ask you nearly 1 million questions. Do you have a rewards car... Would you like to sign up... Would you like to donate to blah blah blah... Would you like to sign up for these subscriptions... Would you like to fill out this survey... The answer is no... Ugh...

It was an ok experience. I couldn't find what I was looking for & only one person working there spoke to me the whole time I was there.

I need lot of help with my nook. I lock my account they were very helpful and took their time. Plus, they help a gentleman who need help with cancel his wife's magazine subscription because she has pass away.

I always enjoy my visit there! Don't forget to grab a coffee, tea, or delicious snack at the BN Cafe

Great atmosphere, wonderful book selection, reasonable prices. Some employees were friendly and helpful possibly due to lack of open cash registers.
