Great bookstore. Variety is amazing. Starbucks coffee inside the store. We love going with our son to the kids area where he can spend literally hours of fun looking at the books and playinn with the trains. Staff is hepful and friendly.

I was very unhappy with my experience at this store 2-28-20 6:45ish. I went shopping here for a cd. As I walked in the door I noticed very few people in the store. A walked right up to the CD section with my daughter and was very confused with the amount of cds there were to purchase. I looked around for an associate for help and none was around. I looked for the CD again and no luck. I walked to what appeared to be 3 associate s standing around conversating amongst themselves and ignoring the few customers that were there. As we were leaving they assumed we needed help a little to late. Customer service is killing your company.

The Bookstore is great. The Cafe, not so much. Out of stock on things and the employees seem miserable.

Great place to chill and eat at with friends family or lovers maybe all three seated at the same table as there is plenty of room with a quiet chill atmosphere I enjoy coming here to feed both my mind and body.

If I could give them a negative one hundred billion I would. They charged my card for e magazines I never ordered then lied to me saying they couldn't find the order and then told my bank Regions I did charge it. So I ended up having to pay for magazines I never ordered.

My daughter bought the whole series of Harry Potter today! Staff was extremely helpful with it all

When I go to Gulfport, I always stop by. Their cafe is my favorite mainly because of their pizza pretzels. No matter what time you get there: right after open or close to closing, all of the staff will greet you excitedly. They have awesome board games and nerdy items too! Not just books.

Can always find a good book to read here. Plus they've really expanded their market to children. My son loves the Dogman books and STEM board games they have here.
