Maid-Rite

Very disappointed...rude staff. There is also woman (white, dyed dark red hair) that was touching her clothes and hair with no gloves on, then put gloves on WITHOUT washing her handsor.
Charged a $8 meal for little amount of food.
Food was ok, you can taste the oil rather than flavor. Wait time was crazy...took almost 20 minutes for little hand size portion of fries and a greasy chicken-rite. The cashiers are rude, nobody welcomed me or said hello or said goodbye..Not customer service friendly. The workers should not work there if they are not wanting to work and have good customer service. The cashier I had today check me out was named Seth. 10-01-2020.
I am so disappointed. I was looking forward to going since a friend of mine recommended it.
Management, if you see this please fix your crew.

I grew up with the Maid Rite in Lexington, MO, this is the first one I’ve visited other than that one.

I was very impressed. The food was just as good, and the amenities were much better. Especially liked the drink mixing machine. Much more seating area. And this is much closer to where I live now. Will be back.

I will never come here again.

I was the first customer of the day. The place was absolutely filthy. Every table had food and drink spilled on it from the previous night. The burger was barely warm. The bathroom was disgusting and had urine and fecal matter on the floor.

If they won't clean tables and bathrooms from the previous night, why would they care about cleaning the things they cook with.

I couldn't even finish my sandwich after finding a hair in it.

my food was so over cooked i couldn't finish it. the customer service was terrible, and one of the workers had her son and his friend there and they were climbing on tables. just gross.

I love Maid-Rite and have been eating here since I was a kid. Well, today my husband and I came with our daughter... food was great as usual but the service was awful. There was a very rude older woman running the cash register and the other workers seemed uninterested. It was very slow when we came and we noticed there were almost no clean tables... with that being said, I’d assume they’d take the down time to wipe them down.
Like I said, the food was awesome but the service wasn’t good. My family consider that just as important.

Horrible food and service. Ordered a cheese rite and chicken rite with an order of fried mushrooms. The chicken rite was bread and a grease soaked chicken patty, the cheese rite dripped grease all over the place with every bite. They only give 5 mushrooms for the order and they cost 2.99! The person working the counter did not greet me when I walked in and gruffly asked "what do you want". I will never go back to that place.

The best loose meat sandwich around.

The employees were super friendly and the food was excellent. They also had some great specials. The establishment was clean and accommodating for our group of 5 adults and 4 kids. Can't wait to go back!

Had a maid rite burger and fries. Fries were pretty good. The meat seemed kind of old tho. Workers were very friendly. Would go back to try at peak hours for fresher beef. Steamed buns for the win though.

The maid-rite burger was okay. I had onion rings, they were awful. So I chucked those & stole my husband's fries - which were very good.
