I'm all about customer service and for my visit I got anything but. The two on staff when I was there offered no eye contact. They just stood at the counter waiting for me to order. Even after stating it was my first time and I didn't know what I wanted. They didn't ask any questions or offer any suggestions. So ordering off the limited menu I got a grilled cheese salad which apparently is served with apple slices. The cheese also wasn't melted. I was told they were known for their dessert but the only sweets available were cinnamon rolls. I was not impressed. It is probably a perfect place to study if you don't mind the coffee grinder or expresso machine noices. I did like the music.

Best coffee ever! The staff people are so nice! I just love this place. Comfortable and inviting, enjoy!

To be brief, the service is terrible and the food is lackluster at best.

If you're a college student with more money than taste, then this establishment is for you.

I won't waste your time describing my experience, just take my advice and try one of the many other eateries in town.....

Where's the black hole rating scale???( I had to give it one star just to post, believe me, it's not earned)

I patronized this place for probably the last time today. The baristas usually act like I'm a burden to them, and as much as I've tried to convince myself that I'm wrong about this, I was very sure when I left there today that I got that treatment because I didn't look as much like an ironic hipster as everyone else walking in the door and being treated kindly. I hate that and I hate to say it, but that's just the way it is. I come in wearing the clothes I wear to work in a kitchen and I really think that the staff think that I wandered over from Victory Mission. Now, the problem there is, so what if I did? I didn't, but that isn't the point. I also accept and understand that people who own businesses and operate places like this on Commercial Street probably deal with a lot of people coming in that aren't there for anything other than just to be indoors for a moment and it can probably get a little tedious. But... isn't this place operated by Assemblies of God or am I mistaken about that? They sure do want to help victims of human trafficking and all sorts of hot-button bandwagon causes, which are all very important, and I'd never try to say they're not, but we live in a city that has a lot of causes of its own and I feel like if you go into Eurasia looking like you might belong to one of those causes, you're going to get treated unfairly. Now, all that being said, the coffee is really good. The Food is Almost comically overpriced, and if you have a question about anything on the menu that you don't understand, be prepared for the Barista to treat you like an idiot. But maybe that was just me. Maybe I just looked particularly like an idiot. I certainly left feeling like I must have. I think we have too many really good places for coffee in Springfield to let any one place get away with that. I couldn't even get a thank-you or a good morning, and I realize that everyone has a bad day once in a while and that everyone has to sometimes really manufacture that smile when they work in public service. I know that not everyone is feeling it everyday, so if it was a one-off experience I could be a little more forgiving, but it's every time I go in there. I honestly felt bad all day after starting my morning at Eurasia today.

Coffee shop with great coffee drinks and smoothies with light bakery fare. Vibe felt fairly pretentious, though our drinks were great. Neat brick walls, love the decor. Ordered their rosewater latte & a mocha with Askinosie chocolate.

I Iove this place! Eurasia is an excellent local coffee shop with a great atmosphere, a good selection of beverages, and usually some nice pastry options as well. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. And they donate a portion of their proceeds to fighting human trafficking in Eurasia! I highly recommend a visit to this wonderful local business. Oh, and if you do visit please try the affogato (espresso and ice cream). I promise you will not regret it!

I've come here a few times to get work completed as well as read. Staff are very friendly and the place offers a wide variety of seating and spaces. Outlets aren't always accessible though. Overall, good place to go either on your own or with friends!

I am so impressed with this place. Educated and FRIENDLY staff, and the menu has a great variety and quality. Their products will keep me coming back, but their amazing staff makes it feel like a second home. I have only visited two times so far, but I would very highly recommend it to anyone.

Cool aesthetic, good drinks. Service with a smile. Good for one on one hanging out, groups or meetings. Lots of spaces from booths, to meeting type rooms to living room lounge areas. Great atmosphere!
