Relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend you drink your coffee out of their cups as opposed to the paper to go ones.

I really dislike giving bad reviews. I was very surprised by the attitude of the lady who took my order. Zero personality/rudeness. When my order was ready, she softly called my name. I wasn't quite sure if i heard my name or not but apparently she had called my name. She could've made eye contact and let me know when i didn't hear the first time. What really made me give a bad review was when i said thank you and she didn't reply. My girlfriend then said thank you and no reply. This is beyond rude. There were two women working the counter that day. A younger woman with red (ginger) hair who was really nice and polite. The other lady had dark brown hair and was wearing a black sweatshirt (or something long sleeved) . I don't know if she's the owner or a manager, but she really needs to consider a new line of work. Customer Service is not for her. Coffee was good. I was going to order food but the attitude was a deterrent. 8/21/2022 @ approximately 11 am

I loved the authentic European style caramel latte which is not too sweet as well as my scone which was delicious!

It's my favorite coffee shop, ☕️ plenty of space, and even has rooms to rent upstairs for overnight. Very good place and I highly recommend

By far my favorite coffee shop in Springfield! For college students, it is the perfect study environment, with music that is chill and mellow and plenty of tucked away nooks to get stuff done. The staff is friendly, and I have yet to find better coffee. Would recommend!

Warm, inviting and hidden away. This surprisingly roomy coffee and eatery will surprise you. The coffee is smooth and rich and the food is the definition of comfort. A real cultural gem on C-Street!

Love the atmosphere! Lots of live plants, old wood, and brick to make one feel grounded. The mocha coffee, blueberry muffin, and the chili were delicious!

I paid $9.50 for this. It was supposed to be a breakfast sandwich.

I'm so tired of/sad for this business. They used to be the best, but ever since the re-brand, prices have gone up while quality has gone down. I don't remember the last time I got out of there with everything made correctly.
