Absolutely love this place. Awesome staff and great coffee and food. Definitely one of the best coffee houses in the city! Gotta hit them up!

Great coffee shop with a good vibe for focusing.
When I walked in, I noticed a lot of people on laptops or with papers in front of them right away! That’s because Sweetwaters has a great vibe for studying or working. If you’re looking for a new place to enjoy a coffee while you get in the ‘work zone,’ this is a great option.
Coffee: I ordered a latte and was happy with it. Nothing spectacular but it was great! The speciality drinks with sweetened condensed milk look interesting, too. I want to check out more of their menu.
Overall, this was a positive experience.

I had high expectations but the service was okay, the clasic cozy experience that you look for in a coffe place does not exist; cakes are flavorless and hard just a bunch of sugar it feels like they got them from the closest supermarket. Everithing is overpriced and does not taste good. Do not order the shakes you can make better ones at your house. Bathrooms are NOT safe.

Really great early morning on a Friday atmosphere to grab a bite and an Americano!

Really nice workers and quick to get the order to me. The atmosphere is also really chill. I had the Dragon's eye and a breakfast bagel. They're really good however, personally, next time I'm trying the light roast.

Nice friendly service with a good atmosphere. The coffee is really good. Very favorable. Also tried the Sour Cream Pecan Coffee Cake and it was amazing. Actually went back for a second serving it was so good. Lol.... Definitely will be back!

My experience was very average to slightly below average. My coffee of choice is just regular black coffee with no cream or sugar. I didn't think their coffee blend was anything to write home about, pretty average, but it was hot and not burnt, so good on them.
I also got a breakfast sandwich (pretzel bus with egg and bacon). The sandwich was cold, I would have let the staff no about it, however, I was already gone when I noticed and could not go back.

The staff were friendly and a pleasure to chat with while deciding. An unfortunate espresso experience though. The double espresso had almost no crema and was watery, similar to drip coffee, bummer. I was hoping for a solid espresso experience like that of Kaldi, where one typically receives a more complex flavor/aroma, more viscous heavy crema shot.

The good: They were open on a Monday and open early which seems rare these days. The price point wasn't terrible.
The bad: Not a very good representation of Vietnamese coffee which I was so excited about initially. Sandwiches are pretty much pre-made except adding the meat and warming it up. Would have been nice to have at least one other variety of bagel. Slightly rude/indifferent staff.

Omg. This place has a awesome ambience and that’s just for starters their coffee is amazing! One of the best dirty chai I’ve ever had and we also tried a French Vietnamese “a lot” coffee with two shots of Abianno espresso and a little chai! The 1st to do so lol! It was great with awesome service! We had to go back inside after one sip and give credit where it was due! 2 huge thumbs up!
