Bruegger's Bagels

Perfect pit-stop before spending the day in Syracuse. I got the Leonardo da Veggie, and it was delicious. I HIGHLY recommend their sun dried tomato spread. It tastes so good!!

Always a great experience here! Today when I got my regular I also tried their twice baked hash browns and it was delicious! Might have to add it to my breakfast on a regular basis.

Convenient location but the staff tend to consistently be miserable or rude. Worlds of a difference at the other locations (Manlius and Nottingham area). They often don't say hello, barely say have a nice day or thanks for coming in. All of them are overpriced so to deal with a snarky 'yup' when asked if the 2 free bagels are in the total is 1 of the numerous times the staff is passive aggressive or doubling down on their poor customer service.

Best bagels you can get! I especially love the onion bagel with chive and onion cream cheese! The cinnamon sugar is also a family fav!

Best bagels in Syracuse. Friendly staff and appreciate how clean the whole place is kept. Go early when they're fresh, worth getting out of bed a few minutes sooner.

I lived in New York City so I know what a good bagel is. These are the best in Syracuse and the coffee is very good. Try a two-egg, sausage, and cheese breakfast sandwich on your favorite bagel and you'll become a devoted customer. They also serve great lunch sandwiches, and try out the chocolate brownie. Patty is an outstanding manager. She hires and trains good people who provide efficient and friendly service. If you call ahead to order a dozen bagels to go, you can request that they dip both sides in the topping.

Service is terrible. They had plenty of employees on duty, although they arent very helpful and quite rude in how they speak to customers. I noticed that of the five people working fromt end, two of the girls were busy chiy chatting and laughing while their coworkers and one of them had they phone in their hand typing like sending messages while on the food prep line.
We ordered coffee with our food but the house blend was empty and was gonna take a few minutes before they could even start brewing more. We took a refund on the coffee and left for dunkin down the road.

I've had their breakfast a few times, meh. Feels like it should be better for being a bagel place. Not horrible, just not great either.

Delicious bagles, coffee is not great. Ordering is confusing. No seats available inside which was inconvenient bc we had to eat in out car.
