Coming from NYC I craved for a classic boiled bagel with scallion cream cheese. This place unfortunately does not serve them. Yes, the bagel is decent, although it is only 2/3 the size of a typical New York bagel, but the chive cream cheese (for some reason Syracuse doesn't do scallion cream cheese) is a bit bland, and has a supermarket aftertaste. I know this is a chain and you can't expect perfection, but this doesn't even come close to the NYC chain Brooklyn Bagels & Coffee.

Stopped in 5 minutes before close and they were as nice as can be

Nice place but, they forgot the avocado in the avocado sandwich. I have since been refunded the amount for the avocado. But to my surprise, there was no attempt at trying to retain me as a customer. Not even an apology.

Great food consistently...fast service

Service was polite and quick, but lightly toasted means just that... not run it through the toaster for 5 seconds as the bagel was not even warm. Also I'm curious why all of the customers wore masks yet the employees have there masks below their nose or on their chin??

Bagles are always fresh and delicious! They have great deals on Wednesday's!

It's been awhile since my last visit. The dining room is closed because of COVID but they're open for takeout. The bagels seem quite a bit smaller and slightly less dense but look beautiful, good variety and taste excellent. The new menu seems a bit transformed to focus on bagel sandwiches rather than classic bagels and flavored spreads. Of course that ups the retail purchase price. While the pastrami combo was very tasty, it had like 1 slice of pastrami. For the same price not far away I could have gotten a massive 2 meal pastrami sandwich. I'd reconsider any sandwich purchase here and would hesitate calling them classic NY bagels, but they're close. Stick to the bagel and cream cheese with coffee and let's hope the dining room opens soon to be able to have a seat and leisurely start the day.

The store is always clean and the staff are pretty friendly! In my opinion these are the best bagels I've ever eaten!

Great service! Fresh bagels. Love their sandwiches. The French toast coffee is delish too!

Everything with the service was great! I just really disliked the smoked salmon sandwich (didn't know it was raw) and had fishy taste in my breathe all day :) not the best thing to put on a bagel.
