Bruegger's Bagels

The best place to get a bagel in Central New York. I always get the lox and cream cheese. I have never been disappointed. The staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their face. When you leave Brueggers you will not be disappointed.

The best bagel chain ever. The food is great and the menu is vast. Its obviously perfect for breakfast and brunch but they have some good lunch options too. Breakfast sandwiches are the best and coffee is top notch.

Got a breakfast bagel sandwich and it was perfect. More importantly- the staff was super nice especially the guy that made my bagel . I heard him tell each and every customer" I appreciate you". What a nice way to start the day! 😊

Brueggers is a great place to grab a good bagel and coffee. Usually I get the Western sandwich and one of their iced coffees which tend to vary depending on the time of year. Also there are areas to sit down if you want to enjoy your meal there. Nice atmosphere considering it can get pretty busy.

About 2 weeks ago I purchased a gift card here for my father. The money that I paid never got added to the card. My father has made more than 1 trip to Brueggers to try to resolve this and I have called them. We keep getting told "we're looking into it". As of right now, Brueggers still has my money, but there is still no value on the card. If I could give Brueggers less than 1 star I would. Since I evidently have no hope of getting my money back or getting the value added to the card, I wound up purchasing another gift card elsewhere. Don't go to Brueggers and definitely don't buy a gift card from them, it's not worth the hassle.

My girl and I enjoyed your bagels. The skinny egg white on an everything bagels was awesome. We wanted to go since the day before and I can tell you the wait was worth it. Keep up the good work guys👍

Having just moved to Syracuse I was extremely happy to find a bruegger's bagel just around the corner from my house. Occasionally we stop in on Sundays grab a coffee and a bagel before we're off on our honeydew list quest lol. If you have never had the experience of going to bruegger's it's like a slice of home :-)

They have many different kinds of bagels but my favorite is the toasted plain bagel with salmon. I usually order extra salmon. They only serve for breakfast and lunch. They close at 2pm.

Is there a reason for looks of dismay when ordering a bagel with just cream cheese? Do they get a commission on the breakfast bagels? Love the bagels will try the chicken bagel later. I like the look of the lunch chicken bagel. Going back for it today I hope.
