They catered my wedding with a custom order. The cider doughnuts were incredible! We also got several different types of cookies but they were gone so fast I didnt even get to try one. Very cute bakery with areas to sit and enjoy coffee and baked goods.

Greatest restaurant around with Genuine staff. Always fast & friendly service with a smile!! The bagel sandwiches are bomb every time and Coral makes the best drinks! Thanks Flour and Salt Team🙏🏽

There are a lot of things to complain about in Central New York-- the snow, the economy, etc. But now that Flour and Salt is open, we can cross a few complaints off the list. First, we now have genuinely great bagels. I mean it. Somehow, they've gotten it right. Second, we now have absolutely fantastic breakfast sandwiches-- sandwiches with duck eggs, local cheeses, meats smoked at Ray Brothers Barbecue. Add in some surprisingly reasonable prices, a gorgeous, newly renovated space, the absolute best coffee in Hamilton (courtesy of Peak Coffee in Nelson), and a kind, community-minded young owner, and you have a real winner on your hands.
The place just opened yesterday and I was already knocked out by what a great job they've done with both the space and the food. The building they've moved into has been a small engine repair shop for decades and, though a welcome presence in the community, it had been pretty run down and a bit of an eyesore. The renovations are gorgeous. And the bakery itself is clean, beautifully decorated, and welcoming.
And the food! The owner of Flour and Salt has already made a name for herself and her baking in Hamilton through her Farmers Market and catering efforts. She has been one of our best-kept secrets up until now.
Everything's good, by the way, but the bagels and sandwiches will no doubt become the star attractions. If you like an extremely hearty and delicious breakfast that will stick with you throughout the day, the RBQ is the tastiest breakfast sandwich I've ever had. I probably should've split it with someone!
If I found this place in Syracuse or Utica, I'd drive to it all the time and would plan trips to those cities so that I could grab a couple of these bagels. It's one of those rare places which just flat out makes a town better and makes a town worth driving to.
I know that really big cities have places like this, but CNY doesn't have any that I know of that match Flour and Salt for quality, vibe, and food. And at this point, given the quality, the prices are definitely "small town." Congrats on your opening!

Great food. Great coffee. Great service.
They were friendly, helpful and the breakfast sandwich that I ordered was amazing; the Jonsey on a plain bagel!
Definitely going back, and bring friends!

Great spot with delicious bagel sandwiches and a nice atmosphere, with tables as well as some comfortable couches. Friendly and personable staff help make this my new favorite breakfast spot in Hamilton :)

The truth is I have to exert no small effort to restrain myself or I would go to flour and salt every day and then my peeps would have to do an intervention...throw me in a van...support groups..."hi my name is Elliott, i am powerless over flour and salt"...it would not be pretty! Great job folks...the food, atmosphere, people...all phenomenal.

Great little cafe. Lattes are way too sweet. Always ask for light syrup always get heavy syrup. Not sure why.
