I really love this Caribou coffee location. They cater to working folks during the work week and it's nice to have a good cup of coffee. I can sit here for hours and work and use their internet. Many others are doing the same thing and everyone shares the power and tables. It's a very nice environment for those who work at home who want a little out of the home office time.

I enjoy stopping by in the afternoon for a treat. The service is always welcoming and the drinks made by Anji are the best! She takes care to present them well unlike some baristas I’ve encountered at other places who will hand you a cup with coffee and stickiness on the cup. Thank you for not only presenting a clean cup but a very good drink inside!

I had a mocha coffee and a sausage and egg biscuit. Coffee was great not to strong or bitter. Biscuit was a microwave biscuit but it actually pretty good. Staff super friendly. Restroom was clean and well stocked.

Experience was great the first time ordering curbside, and then so terrible the second time I have no choice but to rate it a one. Waited 45 minutes for my order after being told there would be delays, was told that it would be delivered curbside. Finally decided to go in to find that my order had been sitting on a table. No call to tell me to come in and no attempt to bring it to curbside. The order was wrong when I got home. Not worth trying this again.

This is my favorite coffee place. It's spacious and quiet enough for you to work or read even if you need to spread out a little. There's also outdoor seating with umbrellas. The coffee ejection itself is pretty much what you'd expect from a coffee chain, but I think it tastes a lot better than Starbucks. I've never actually eaten the food, but it looks like what Starbucks offers.

I love sitting in caribou to do homework, but the last few times i’ve gone all the tables are full because they only have 4 small ones open. There are about 5 other tables stacked up for social distancing, however, increased capacity is now allowed by the cdc guidelines, so I wish this location would have more availability inside.

Every time I have come here, the staff have been very friendly and professional. They have also filled my order perfectly each time. They have never messed up a drink which, in my experience of coffee shops, is huge. Thank you for being great.

I had my first Caribou up in Fargo, ND, and fell in love! When I found out there was a store in Raleigh, I was so excited! Great coffee, and great staff. Every time I go in, my name and favorite drink are remembered. Definitely, my favorite coffee chain😀

My boyfriend and I love this place. The staff is always very welcoming and most greet us by name since I guess we are 'regulars' now haha if you aren't happy with your coffee they are happy to remake it for you, no questions asked. Clean and comfortable with great outside seating.
