Very friendly staff. This place tends to be crowded fairly often so come early to get your spot. The coffee has an unusual taste that I was not found of at first, but it grew on me.

Caribou at Brier Creek is a clean, quiet study spot, but the girl working the evening shift on April 28th, 2019 needs to lose her attitude. I asked for a cup of ice water, and she glared at me like it was the biggest burden in the world to chuck some ice in a cup and load it with water. Service: 1/5. Atmosphere: 4/5. Would I come back? It's an unlikely maybe.

Coffee is great, place is clean and looks nice. Staff rude and inept. Whatever good experience you may have with the taste of this brewed coffee, the attitude of the staff at this location spoil it. 2 stars just for the coffee.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. When you go ask to get a Vanilla Mocha with a shot of caramel and a extra shot of espresso. Everyone is super friendly and if you are a regular they will remember you and your order.
