Couldn't eat inside is only reason I gave atmosphere a 4. Gravy biscuit is delicious!

The food was hot, but the pepsi did not taste right

Awesome chicken club biscuit! Stay is friendly and helpful. Orders mainly from driver thru when getting off work in the morning. Haven't had a order wrong or food missing yet! Around 7:00 a.m. to 7:15, usually you can go straight there and maybe a car being front of you at the speaker. But after quarter to 8:00 and 8:00 there's a line around the building almost twice. But the place moves really really fast. That line moves faster than most single line. Fast food restaurants. The employees are always polite and respectful and I have yet to receive a impact order or an order that's missing something. So far they're 100% in my book.
On a side note, I've never been there past 11:00 a.m. it's usually always between 7:15 and 9:00 a.m. 10 am a couple times.

Honestly, it seemed like this store was in shape last year. It looks they replaced everyone in the store and now hardly anybody can get an order correct. My first incident was ordering a muffin 2 months ago. I couldn't even finish unwrapping the muffin before it started to fall apart and expose a gooey interior, which was a little sickening. The second incident was today where I simply wanted to replace the honey on my spicy chicken and honey biscuit, with their new hot honey. It was on my receipt as a dollar extra, which I didn't mind, but unfortunately the biscuit was dryer than a spoonful of cinnamon.
I won't be going here for another 2-4 months.

It's another chain restaurant, not much to say. It's clean mostly because it's new. They seem to have the drive thru sorted out fairly well. Food was on par with the chain. Staff was friendly and attentive. Overall good experience.

The spicy chicken biscuit was really good, only fries they had were the little circular cut fries, not a huge fan of those. My son really liked his sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Not cheap but what is anymore.
Service was fast and friendly.

It’s rare I go here and my order is fulfilled correctly. Today I was shorted a milk and instead of a gravy biscuit I was given a side of gravy. I then went back in and explained the issue and was given a sausage biscuit and a side a gravy. At this point I was running late for an appointment and had to give up getting my order right. This is not the first time this has happened to some degree.

You're right Biscuitville. Upon second thought I have changed my review to 5 stars for the quality of your biscuits and friendly service. Although, I do not like how my drive thru order is taken before I can see the menu. Sometimes I like to peruse my options and be inspired. Thank you!
