The lady at the drive thru is heaven sent but today i went inside with my daughter to sit down. The cashier Cadesha was RUDE and had the WORST ATTITUDE. she wadnt concerned with listening to my order then when she got it wrong I took my receipt back up there and nicely corrected the mistake and she lost it and turned around to her manager and the manager with the worst attitude said "well did she pay the difference " while im standing right there. I of course will pay for what i wanted but then the cashier just left me standing there and when i asked what i needed to do she said dont worry about it while rolling her eyes. I WILL NOT come back inside and order ever again this was one of the worst customer service experiences i have ever had . I WILL NOT be coming back unless i know the sweet lady is working in the drive thru. This is ridiculous

Very crowded and no room to park or sit at some times.

Some days they're absolutely great & then there are days when they are just average. From what they offer to how it's served .... I know it can be tough in fulfilling excellence 100% every day all day, but, you can do it Buiscuitville.

Food is always great, they are always busy but the service is always spot on.

Muffins are to die food. I love their breakfast platter. Customer service is really good too. Very clean and bright atmosphere. Their food is very good quality!

I have only been here twice, and both times my order has been incorrect. This time they completely cooked my eggs to a crisp. Grill staff needs more experience.

We went to this location against my better judgement. (Had a bad experience in the Burlington location.) My mothers food was incorrect and they tried to fix it but they forgot about it. The bacon that was given to her to correct the order tasted like chemicals or something on it. If i had to guess maybe the fruer wasnt cleaned properly because the fries, and chicken from my chicken biscuit tasted the same way. They did give my mama a coupon for her trouble. There were 3 people in pur breakfast group and all had the same complaints and didnt feel well after eating there. Better just to go down the road to PGS.

I love their English muffins!!! I hate they stopped using the hot honey, though. That added good flavor to the food.

Food was burnt and order was completely wrong. This is my second time there, both times I was disappointed. Won't go for a third try, sorry not sorry

The food was pretty good but the store was not very clean. There were not a lot of customers at the time, so they should have had time to clean. This is a relatively new store and I would expect a higher standard.
