Biscuitville

Due to my experience this morning, a review must be written.
I ordered the #2 COMBO with orange juice and two strawberry muffins when I got to work; there was no sausage on my biscuit and no potato wedges.
I called and asked to speak to the manager (Not Nicole) and explained that I was missing some food. She put the phone down and called the store manager (Nicole). While waiting, the manager said that I was lying about my food.
I let Nicole know how unprofessional her manager was and how rude that was of her. Being a law enforcement officer, I have no reason to lie about ANY food. Thank you for your business while I was spending my money there, but I’ll no longer support Biscuitville!

Wow. GMO free, humane treatment, local Southern sourced. AFFORDABLE. Haven't been here in many years. They've really upped their game to near perfection. Clean, charming atmosphere, fast, delicious, friendly service. I think I'm in love.

They were not working well together at all, had people lined up inside to the middle of store, people asking where their food was due to waiting times, line all the way out to university not moving at all, me & my husband parked, went inside, saw this and turned right back out that door and left. They weren't a team this day at all.

Speed of service and quality of food have really dropped off more recently. This place used to be great hot and fresh but now is mediocre and best and the fries this morning were super old

I have never been to one of these restaurants before. This location set the bar for breakfast and brunch hands down. This group of amazing people went out of their way to be polite, understandable, and reassuring in talking our order. I am thoroughly impressed with this locations food and friendly staff! Thank you all!

Friendly staff but unfortunately they got my order wrong. I didn't realize until I had pulled through and didn't have time to go back. I did eat what they gave me and it was good.

Ridiculous experience here. This time for fast food is so stupid…we waited and waited and waited! When we get our order it’s wrong! Give it back to the girl in drive thru and she goes it isn’t wrong…..how can 13 items fit in a super small bag it definitely is wrong! When we finally get the food we have no silverware, no napkins, nothing! I give up! Wasted my money here.

Great food, always consistent. The gal working this morning inside taking orders genuinely hates her life. I feel bad for her.

I don’t know what has happened to this store in the past 6 months, but I am not the only one who has noticed the slow down. No one seems to have any sense of urgency and just a lot of people standing around talking

I watched her roll out the dough for my Biscuit!
