i read the reviews despite what all the negative ones i went anyway i was pleasantly surprised service was amazing with a friendly smile Nd food was fast and delicious. amazing first time there.

Drive thru only. No take out. The grits weren't hot. They wouldn't melt the cheese AT ALL. The grits were watery and not well done. THEN.....I thought at least my sandwich was gonna be hot since it was peak-time and a sizeable line. But NOOOOOOOO, the sandwich wasn't hot, cheese not melted AT ALL, and the meat was dried out as if it had been sitting there too long. Don't waste your money here. This location sucks.

Service was a bit slow but they were kinda busy. Order was delivered accurately. Food was warm and good.

Went this morning to get a hot fresh ham and egg scramble biscuit. What I got was a hard edge cold biscuit at 6:10 am. That's is crazy to be serving customers cold and hard biscuits early in the morning. I very upset with their service.

My husband and I were cheerfully greeted by a young lady to take our order. She waited patiently as we were deciding. Our food was very good. Before we, left my husband went to the restroom. Before leaving, he complimented the young lady how clean and aromatic the men's restroom was. We enjoyed our stay AND THE FOOD. YUM!

Biscuitville is hands down the best place to get a breakfast biscuit.

I had a terrible experience. There was no one there and I still get messed up service. No condiments were offered, tea had tooooo much sugar, food wasn't a fresh as you expected being that they just open 2 hour prior to me getting there. Hand washing procedure needs to be enforced

I own a business near this Biscuitville and I have to say this is the worst place to grab breakfast I have ever been too. I have been through about 10 times since they opened last year sometime. The drive through is extremely slow (20min on average). When you finally get through and get your order, its wrong. Add cheese to the biscuit! Its on the receipt. I paid for it!! The quality of food should be great, that's my expectation. I'm a very easy guy to get along with and I took one bite of the chicken biscuit and just threw it away. It was grisly and gooey in the middle.

The only time I ever get fresh food from here is when it's busy. Do not even attempt to a hot sausage egg and cheese unless your willing to wait 15 min through the drive through. Sux because I love biscuitville but it happens every time I go around 11:30-12. I asked if they could microwave it and got told they didn't have microwaves... Like.. go to Bojangles..
