Husband took daughter to pick up cookies today for MOTHERS DAY, and they were denied. I’ve always given any bakery business to Ele. Not again. I’ll go to Dorothy Lane Market

Ordered a smash cake for my daughter's first birthday. The theme was intended to be Encanto. Specifically the top part of Mirabel's dress. WHITE icing, faint black trim and a few pink and purple flowers. The icing was a cream color not white. The black trim was very messy and thick, and the god awful blue writing did not match the color scheme at all. When i finally checked it out after opening the box i then found a hair in the icing right on top. This was my first time ordering from Ele and i honestly believe it will be my last. I was only offered a $10 refund after calling. Very disappointed.

I love this location. I talked to Courtney on the phone she was very kind and professional. I appreciate how she showed concern for locating my order and making sure it was correct.

Thanks to Amy, my daughter had a wonderful birthday party! There were some children with some dietary restrictions and Amy went above and beyond to ensure every child was taken care of in every way and treated my daughter like a princess when picking out her decor and tableware. Thank you Amy, for making my daughter's birthday so memorable!

Ordered a german chocolate cake for my Dad's Birthday, they said the cake was good but the icing was very gritty like the sugar wasn't mixed in properly. Honestly not impressed with the overall experience. Had I known the cake was going to turn out like this I would have just bought a box cake at the grocery and saved myself the 20.00 extra dollars.

I have never been more disappointed. I wanted a special, custom decorated cake for my father's 80th birthday. I ordered my cake in person at the Beavercreek location. The person who waited on me was very helpful. I explained to her that I wanted the cake to look like a globe with the countries covering the top AND sides of the cake. I showed her several pictures of cakes that depicted the different design ideas I wanted incorporated. She carefully wrote out the instructions and description, and I emailed the reference photos I showed her along with the instructions/design ideas I told her. I also provided a cruise ship ornament to put on the cake. I followed up with an email 5 days before I was to pick up the cake, and my order was confirmed. Three days before the pickup, I received a call from someone, I assume it was the decorator, who reviewed my order. What I received was far less than expected and looked unfinished. The "map" decoration that was added to the cake only covered a small portion, and didnt even properly fit the area where it was placed. I expressed my disappointment, but with it being two hours before the party, I knew nothing could be done to fix it. I was offered an apology and a partial refund of the decorating fee. I did my best to salvage the cake by adding a few decorations of my own after I got home. The cake was delicious, but the design and decorations leaved little to be desired. For the $130.00 I was charged, I was expecting more than I received.

I visited for a wedding cake tasting appointment and the worker who helped was friendly! The cake plate had a good variety of options for the cakes and the fillings according to what I wanted to try. Everything was delicious too!
