I ordered a cake for my daughter and spent $70.00. And it wasn't even what I wanted. Very disappointed Ii don't drive and had to have my grandson pick it up and he tried to fix it. I won't be back

Have only attended a class, but that was fun! Cake was delicious. We'll be watching for more!!

Their cakes and treats are not only delicious, they're works of art. And the counter staff could not be any more helpful. In fact they are as sweet as the treats that they sell.

Every cake I order reminds me why they are my go-to for all occasions. I had them make a special order cake for a birthday and requested a campfire on top of the cake...never dreamed it would look this good!

My son is autistic and sometimes needs incentives to behave. He had an INCREDIBLE day today so we stopped in to elè Cake Co for a treat. We had never been. My son was immediately attracted to the large display cake when we first walked in. Since it was our first time there, I was trying to get a feel for everything. We browsed all the different treats and my son decided on an Easter Basket cupcake. The woman who waited on us was short with us and rude. I told her it was our first time there and she just nodded at me. So much for customer service. My son wanted to enjoy his cupcake inside instead of taking it home so had a seat at a table and he began to eat. He's 4 years old and doesn't have the best coordination so he made a mess. Since we weren't given any napkins, I got up to look for some. I couldn't find them anywhere. I saw an employee there and asked her if I could have a few napkins. She told me they were up front . I had to ask her to get me some. You would have thought I asked her to get me said napkins from Arkansas. The cupcakes were delish but I just couldn't stand the attitudes and rudeness. Nope...won't be back. It's almost as if you're required to be rude and obnoxious to work there!

Cake was delicious, but for some reason they put my cupcakes in a cake box and when I got home they had all turned over and I tried to cget intouch the next day but no one or returned my call very Disappointed in them ....

Ele' has great-tasting cupcakes most of the time. There have been a few times the cupcakes did not seem to be fresh and did not taste as good. If you can catch them when they have fresh pastries available, you won't be disappointed.
