Coffee is better than even the big brands like starbucks and dunkin and they have really good customer service. Highly recommended for coffee lovers 👍

This place is very homey and the service is incomparable! My favorite place for a nice coffee! I love coming here to study, hang out, and speak with other customers and workers. It’s very clean, and the new food from Tulip Cafe adds to quality of this shop. Highly recommend coming over!

This cafe is so sweet and fantastic. When you come in, a great coffee-smell says welcome. I love it. Also, the waiter was so friendly and nice. I loved the coffee latte. You should try it ☕️🍂

This is such a great little coffee shop. The quality you get for the price is much better than other coffee shops I have been to in Columbus. The owner Talip is very friendly and helpful.

Visiting the area for a wedding. Stopped in for a thermos of black coffee (it was what a regular patron was having) and went home w pastries as well (barista’s mom makes them)! Shop was cute and clean. Barista was patient and pleasant. Coffee and treats were wonderful! I highly recommend Expresso Air Coffee Terminal!

Poor customer service. You will stand at the counter for ten minutes before anyone acknowledges you. It should not take that long to place an order when there is no one in front of you in line. Saved my money and went elsewhere.
