Espresso Air Coffee Terminal

Solid espresso and super friendly staff. The owner, I believe, was in when I was and instructed the barista to remake a drink I didn't like free of charge, so that was really kind. I would stop by more often if they had soy milk on the menu.

The staff at this shop are lovely, the atmosphere is excellent, and they serve delicious drinks for great prices. 10/10 would recommend!!!!

Being a healthcare worker, I'm still required to wear a mask right now, regardless of vaccination status. Apparently these employees are not. Left and went to Crimson Cup (my usual) clear across town, and they for sure are still wearing their masks like they should. Bad policy. #westerville

Very lovely place to drink good quality coffee.

Very friendly family the own the establishment. Their baklava was out of this world. I really enjoyed their cappuccino as well.

I should start this by saying, I specifically sought this place out because of LavAzza espresso. So imagine my disappointment when I asked the barista if they use lavazza for their espresso and she said "Do we have what? No, we use thunderbird. Um i mean thunderkiss " What? So why is it advertised on your website and on the window of the shop. So that was a huge blow to the experience. Second, i asked for a breve mocha to which she said , "is that made with half and half?" So imagine how low my confidence in her abilities is at this point. Lastly, I ordered a 16 oz and was given a 12 oz...... Safe to say i will not be returning, which is really upsetting because it was a cute little shop that I was excited to try.
