Dutch Bros Coffee

The nicest bunch of people! My car broke down in their line (which thankfully I was able to move out of the way). I decided to get my coffee since the tow truck would be a couple of hours. They were so caring about my situation and so friendly to talk to! They even got me some hand warmers to stay warm while waiting. I am so thankful for their kindness and positivity and my coffee is delicious as always!

Service is great! The young adults working here were great! I had the same coffee every time and at this location it was just as good as any location. Not the easiest Dutch Brothers to get in and out of, but great employees good coffee.

Literally the slowest Dutch ever! Went last night i had 2 cars in front of me and still waited 17 minutes! I've never witnessed a Dutch so slow. When I finally do get to the window, I waited about 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged...

I want to thank one of the managers from Dutch bros forest grove, I met someone named rob on my second outing from getting out of the hospital after being in there for 6 months, rob was amazing asked what my story was and after I told him what all has Happened he asked me to come back again soon, I went back and just like before he was amazing he along with others pitched in to surprise me with something and honestly made my day… even with everything going on to feel the way they care about people I can’t thank you guys enough ! Truly thank you it means more then you know

So slow been in line for 10 min not a single car moving. Really gone downhill the last few years. Just now went to Starbucks in FG ordered and received my drinks in under 5min with the same car count

Ordered large hot sweater weather white coffee chai. Get to the window, waited 3 minutes. Was handed an ICED sweater weather white coffee chai. So disappointing. No...no time to fix it. This USE to be my go place. Staffing is a HUGE turn over at this store. Bye bye Forest Grove.

Staff was unprofessional and were talking about co-workers and supervisors in a negative sense. Staff did not greet us. Very slow service at this particular Dutch Bros establishment, not sure I received the correct coffee drink either.

The one thing I love about that Dutch Brothers is the consistency between all their locations. I can order the same drink which is modified at any location and it always tastes very similar. Granted there's going to be a little bit of a difference because it is made by hand and not poured out of a bottle but the taste is pretty close. Couple that with an incredible attitude and friendliness from their staff and it makes the wait well worth it.

The manager Gabby should not be there, and would not let us order after the last car and wait inside so our baby wouldn’t scream in the car to grab the drink afterwards. She had her co-workers not allow us to order as well.

So unprofessional as she allows her “favorites” to do this.

...wish they accepted walk-up when the second lane is closed. I stood in a loong line in the pouring rain and freezing wind lol.....anything for my fix tho 🥴🤧
