Dutch Bros Coffee

Decent quality but listen to instructions especially if you ask me specifically from your ipad walking up to my window. When my lady says she wants her whipped cream and drizzle and she gets it, I'll tip better for completing my order correctly. Apauling. Dutch Bros charges a premium for not so premium service or order completion. So you get 3 out of 5...

mess up my drink 4 times in a row so i left with 4 drinks which is nice but they literally didn't even listen to my order

Love this place! Their menu is diverse, even for people like me who don't drink coffee. Everything could be personally customized, which made it more exciting. Super kind barista's too.

This is the first Dutch Bros location I've ever had to leave because they were moving so slow. Please get it together

Dutch Bros is an Oregon institution and they're always a great place to visit. Who can pass on a free birthday drink of your choice? I've always found them to be helpful and accommodating, especially when it comes to kids and their odd requests.

There customer service is right up there with Chic-Fil-A. That reason enough will keep me coming back! Great selection of hot and cold beverages. I haven't had a bad drink yet. The Forest Grove location is probably my favorite.

Very disappointed. I received a gift card and went twice this week, both coffees were mediocre. The first, a chocolate macadamia breve, was room temperature when they handed it to me. The flavor was muted and almost not present. The second coffee was a chocolate cherry breve. This time it was hot but the flavors were barely evident. With both drinks, the coffee didn't taste very good. I'm looking for a rich espresso in steamed milk with some flavors. Instead, I'm getting old bland coffee, luke warm milk, and lackluster flavor. Never again. Get a clue Dutch Bros. #MediocreCoffee #LowQuality

Great coffee, energy drinks, just great drinks all around. I have never had a bad experience, they do love dogs.
