Dutch Bros Coffee

I love Dutch Brothers Coffee Shop in Forest Grove, but I'm getting really sick of waiting in line for 20 minutes. I'm not sure what the hell’s going on with this Dutch bro- but something needs to change. I just want to point out that people have things they need to do to, rather than wasting time sitting in a line waiting to get a cup of coffee. I drove off and went through Starbucks coffee in forest grove and of course, there was a line but it went fast! And I mean fast, in and out within 5 minutes. So, I hope something changes soon because my wife and I have been dealing with this slow line for a few months now, and we are sick of it!!!! Please figure it out or you have lost us and we will stick with Starbucks Coffee. Good Day

Awful service. The staff looks more busy taking to their friends then doing their job. The blonde guy working was so rude and argumentative. Don’t go here.

The employees were very nice, and my drink was good, but there was only one thing: I never got what I actually ordered. I got something, and it was good, but it wasn’t what I ordered. I ordered a hot chocolate with peppermint, peppermint sprinkles, and marshmallow foam. But I got just a plain hot chocolate. It was delicious, but when I go out to order something, I expect to get what I ordered, not something different. It’s a very nice place, but they need to try to remember what I and other people order, please.

I love DB! I go there 3-4x's a week. Gotta get my fix! They always have the friendliest people there. Drinks are awesome, better than Starbucks anyday! I'm a loyal fan!

Paid $5 for a large “coffee” but really paid $5 for a large cup of water. It was so watered down and so gross. Only plus was I was in and out real quick just wish the teens and young adults knew how to make a proper cup of coffee.

The wait time is Ridiculous when you can go to a different location and get it fast they have your drinks ready

First, thank you for being in FG. Second, thank you to always having smiles on your faces even when its melting hot or torrential down pour. I can't even imagine having to stay happy and nice while being in that box, and dealing with cranky customers. You all have great customer service and quality drinks. Thank you!

Dutch Bros always has friendly people working. No question is dumb and the drinks are great. I like their free birthday drink offer. The drinks are tasty and customizable. They have plenty of sugar free options and the line moves fairly quickly, but I like that they have a walk up window. I don't like my car left running in line. I feel carbon foot print guilt.
