Best customer service seen any where in years. Employees very professional and helpful. I haven't seen a business like this since covid began. Other businesses should take lessons from this store, 5 stars all the way!!!

Good doughnuts Friendly employee. The lady was running EVERY THING by herself. She was doing a fantastic job and still able to be polite.

Our visit at this location was absolutely AMAZING!! I give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Jahlik!! His Courtesy and Customer Service was EXCELLENT!!! Thank You to that young man, we will be back again on one of our next vacations to the Beach!!! GREAT JOB!!!!

My father had a coupon for “any dozen $8.99” and went into this KK to pick up doughnuts for a trip with my daughter. He showed the cashier the coupon and asked if he could use it and get the Christmas icing doughnuts. She said yes, he could and completed the transaction.
As she was putting the doughnuts in the box, the manager came out and said those doughnuts would cost him $17 for a dozen. My father told him about the coupon of “any dozen” and the employee said yes, she had accepted it. The manager was extremely unprofessional and rude, refusing to allow my father to have those after he had already purchased them and told him “you may not pay $17 for these, but someone else will.”
Because of the lack of respect, professionalism and frankly, just rude behavior of this manager, my family will drive to the Myrtle Beach location from now on rather give our money to this store while someone like that is in charge.
Do better in hiring Krispy Kreme and teach your manager about honor, it’s clearly something he lacks.

The hot light here is a LIE!!!! They reheat the doughnuts in the microwave and claim that they’re “freshly made”. So upset. Lying to your customers is a terrible way to run a business.

Because if you do not just love Krispy Kreme then you're wrong. Nothing like the excitement of that red neon light letting you know that hot donuts freshly glazed are just waiting for you to sink your teeth into. They melt in your mouth and before you know it you've eaten half a dozen! Nothing like that sugar high! Krispy Kreme donuts are hands down better than any chain donut shops. They call my name!

We love Krispy Kreme!! We used to have a couple in our area, but they were closed. We were so disappointed when that happened. The donuts are so fresh and delicious 😋

Never have the donut you want early in the morning always blaming delivery rather go to some Dunkin' donuts

I cant find anything to dislike about the experience and the product. Fantastic food. After many 1 star meals on this vacation to Myrtle Beach, its nice to have a decent product at a decent price. Thanks KK.
