Very disappointed again! This location and another one in Myrtle Beach share the same practice...advertising hot fresh doughnuts and not having! Noticed when inside ordering none on the belt freshly made & hot. Ask, she said yes we have hot ones. Sure, after she goes back and microwaved some! This is so wrong! Flat out lied to us. So beware of the sign not always what it reads. Done there, didn't need those calories anyway. Shame on y'all! 👎

They had a free Reese Donut promotion today, but wouldn't honor the promotion. I showed them the email as well. Very rude and disrespectful! Went there a second time in the past three weeks. Today is 27 March 2018. I didn't understand why their donuts weren't as good as other locations. You can fit 16 glazed donuts in a box as they so small. It turns out no donuts are made at this location. All donuts are made at the 501 Krispy Kreme and then delivered to this location. It should be noted that all the other Krispy Kreme locations in the Myrtle Beach area make their own donuts. It will be well worth it to visit one of the other locations.

As always awesome folks to see. Working on the morning of an inbound hurricane...they need a raise. Stay safe!

HORRIBLE service! I went through the drive through on a Friday morning with my brother who has a disability to limit exposure to the virus... because of some hearing issues I have I missed the box to order and pulled ahead to the window to order. When I explained that I had missed my chance to order and asked if I could have a simple order- a box of glazed doughnuts- I was rudely told I had to pull around and order again. After asking for clarification I was told that I had to pull around to order again because the person ahead of us had paid for the person behind us... I asked if I could please order and was told no.

I am a LONG TIME KK customer and do not plan to come back... a doughnut is not worth humiliation and discrimination... especially during a time like this when a business should be grateful for customers.

As usual, they came through with the best donuts I have ever had. They had very pleasant employees with minimal waiting times. Their donuts were fresh and very tasty.

We were able to get Hot and Ready twice during the week we were down. They were short handed, but those who were working did an amazing job on filling orders.

I mean "comon.. if you don't know about Krispy Kreme..." then ya gotta go atleast once

Love me some doughnuts! Came here the other day and bought a dozen for the family. It's a shame they are having to close early because they can't get anyone to work.

Drove thru this morning, donuts where delicious as always BUT both girls inside wore masks around their lips only during this pandemic and the one at the drive thru was very rude. Where is management during these times to make sure food workers are following proper protocol ?

Friend of mine went there and picked up a dozen cream puffs for her husband they were so delicious she said the employee was very nice to her she will be going back
