Bruegger's Bagels

I have been meaning to try this place out for a while now and I am glad I did! The staff was very friendly and attentive, making sure they got our order correct. I got the western with a jalapeño cheddar bagel and my husband did a build your own sandwich with the Asiago bagel. The ingredients were fresh and so good! I can’t wait to go back.

I stopped at the Lake Murray location this morning to order breakfast sandwiches, bagels and coffee for the family of my friend who passed away last night. The staff went out of their way to prepare my food quickly, offering their condolences, hugs and to even carry the food to the car for me. What wonderful people! The manager, cashier, food preparer could not have been kinder. This has renewed my faith in people!

Small place. Nice staff. Good coffee. Indoor dining/ booths. Good bagel sandwiches! My hot pastrami on a bagel was yummy. My husband's Siracha egg sandwich didn't have enough of the spicy sauce.
We will be back!

Great customer service and food was delicious and it was our first time

I came here years ago when I was in college here and recently revisited while I was in town. Still great food!

The food is great however my recent customer experience was awful. I was waiting for my sandwich at the pickup station, and nobody cared to assist me until I got to the cash register. I told one of the girls that I needed to pick up my order, and she told me to go back to the pickup station (mind you that was where I was at the beginning) So, I went back to the pickup station, and another worker named Chloe with dark red hair (yep I’m calling her out) asked if I paid and I told her no I needed to pay. And, in the most rudest voice she said “you have to go back over there to pay!) JESUS I wanted to turn that restaurant upside down and curse her out but I wanted to keep my composure. Thankfully, another worker was able to help me so I do appreciate her. However, CHLOE WITH THE RED HAIR NEEDS TO GO! if you don’t wanna work, don’t direct your anger towards customers. Period. I did call
notify the manager after I left. Next time I’ll take extra drive to the Columbia location!

The Farmhouse is amazing. I upgrade for myself and use a sesame seed bagel... But I love this place.

Best cream cheese I’ve ever eaten! Love the bacon and scallion!

This was our 2nd time here and we are just BLOWN AWAY by this place! From the quality of the food, to the affordability aspect, to THE BEST customer service I've seen in ages, this deli? is AMAZING! GREAT JOB, Y'ALL! We will be back!
