Bruegger's Bagels

This seems like a very popular place. There were lots of clients. I Had an appointment with a business man, who got his breakfast here.. My only wish is that they would add some gluten-free choices to the menu.

The bagel sandwich was good. That said that place is filthy with a capital F. I will not be back. Crossed fingers I don't get 🤢.

I LOVE Bruegger's Bagels. Love them. The food is good. But I went today on 02/05/22 and asked for an asiago with chicken salad. And a new worker kept saying "we dont have that, we have never had that, like I'm new but I've never seen it". I said "oh well you used to, I guess you just don't sell it anymore". And I was about to order something else before another worker, I'm assuming a shift manager? Had asked her "what she want"? And she said "chicken salad"? And the girl looked at me and said "we dont have that, we haven't had that in like over a year". I said " I just had it 3 weeks ago". And she said "oh it wasn't here though". And we went back and forth about how I did, and she would say no it wasn't, and I would say I swear I did, I don't live near any other Bruegger's and she got an attitude and said, "I'm not about to argue with you". I replied, "well I'm not about to buy from you". And left. Bruegger's won't get my hard earned money anymore with workers that talk to customers like that. I did infact get chicken salad from them in december I have a literal picture on fb of my bagel lol. So I guess it's pics or it didn't happen in there. Idk why she just couldn't say we don't sell it anymore and moved on.

Best bagels in the area! We have tried other sources and been disappointed. Always buy a dozen because they freeze well.

They have great bagels and coffee here and outstanding customer service. You can tell that they know their regulars and appreciate their business. The only thing that I don't like about this place is that it's extremely small for the volume of business that they get and it can get pretty noisy as a result. It's uncomfortable to have people standing directly in front of you while you're trying to eat on a Sunday morning. Other that, the employees and food/coffee quality will keep me going back. I just might have to get my order to go.

Small place that gets a bit crowded in the morning. I really like the farmhouse or western loaded bagels, but it won't matter what you order. It's all good.

I've been coming here ever since they first opened and even now having moved 30 more miles away now, any chance I'm close enough to stop by this specific one is always a worth it!

As a NYer living in the south I've been desperately craving an onion bagel and there's just nowhere to get a good one, so when I realized there was a brueggers near me I got so excited. Staff were pleasant, food was great, I was in and out quickly, all around a good experience and I will be back!

Trash bagel and they literally put 0 cream cheese on it id rather have frozen bagels from the grocery store thats how trash they are. Also love that this place response to only the good reviews. Don't go hear it will be a waste of money and time.
