Einstein Bros. Bagels

Einstein’s is my favorite bagel spot and while I have had many great experiences at this location, I’ve now also had several terrible experiences too… Today I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and an iced chai tea latte. My drink was spoiled with chunks of churned milk. Absolutely disgusting!!! I’m just wondering how the person making the drink didn’t see or smell that??? I called immediately to tell them what just happened and they seemed aware of the situation. The lady on the phone was very nice and helped me with a resolution to the problem but serving serval customers expired food/ drink is not acceptable! From other reviews, it looks like this isn’t the first time there’s been an issue with expired or moldy food at this location. Thank you to the lady on the phone for the nice service and apology! Just wanted others to know about this experience.

Hated it! Hard bagels, aweful cream cheese spread. Can't think of anything to suggest for improvement other than get a better bagel recipe and the spreads are disgusting. $16+ for 6 bagels a a spread. Disappoint won't go back. Here's what a bagel should look like vs the plain tasteless ones chosen for me in me in my 1/2

All of the food was fresh and amazing. Quick service. The coffee was really great. Cant wait to go back.

Came at 1:30 on a sunday. Closes at 2. No one was in the store and the doors were locked. I just wanted a bagel

5 stars for the friendly and helpful staff but 1 star for the food. The bagels were chewy and the avocado toast topping was bland and unremarkable. Definitely left us wishing we’d gone somewhere else or just bought some bagels and avocados from the grocery store. Really surprising because the locations we used to go to back in Atlanta were always great with fresh bagels and topping. Don’t think we’ll go back to this one.
On a side note, we were disappointed when the staff told us they no longer carried hummus - what bagel place doesn’t have hummus? And it really doesn’t leave much to choose from if you want or need dairy-free, which doesn’t seem to make a lot of sense nowadays.

Call before you show up. They update their opening hours using a sheet of paper in the window - not here on Google maps, or their website, or their app. Don’t let them waste your time

Tried the drive though, great service, sandwich was ok, I have had better. But the coffee was terrible. I’ll skip the coffee next time and just stick with food.

My sister and I got the chorizo sunrise and they were out of the bagel that originally comes with the sandwich. However, they offered us a different bagel which didn’t turn out too bad. Even though our bagel came out a bit burnt, it was decent. Now, the coffee was gross and I kid you not it tasted like it had alcohol in it. Like I could seriously taste that slight burn you get when you drink alcohol. I had to throw that out because I couldn’t finish it having that after taste.
