Einstein Bros. Bagels

Love this place. Great food, and very helpful/ pleasant staff. They have a dog friendly patio that you can use with a small section of grass. My pup and I frequent this place for breakfast on the weekends; she loves the doggie bagels!

That place was awful. 3.60 for an everything bagel with barely any cream cheese an nothing on it but a couple of poppie seeds. Absolutely awful. $2 for a great bagel in time Square an 3.60 in Tennessee

Customer service could use some work, food is good though. Often the employees seem annoyed to help a customer (I generally show up in between rush times). Often the bagel sandwiches aren't cut or not cut all the way making it very difficult to eat.

Love their bagels and coffee!! Visited from Texas and we needed somewhere to go that had what we would make at home! Love their choices! Highly recommend. Also... staff was super nice!

Love Einstein Bros! Their bagels and cream cheese are awesome. Also, I had their cold brew coffee for the first time and it was great! Much better than Starbucks’s cold brew.

Love this Einstein’s! Such quick service and staff is super kind. Sad they often don’t have my Asiago bagels at lunch time though!!

I ordered a toasted bagel with lox spread - not a "schmear" which is a reduced portion. They literally put it on paper thin, with one tiny piece of salmon. Yet of course they charged me full price. Normally a full portion of spread is at least 3/4" to 1". Being frugal to save money is one thing, but ripping off customers is entirely wrong. I won't be back.

Love this bagel shop! Good variety of bagels...spinach florentine and jalapeno cheddar are fabulous! And they have great coffee!! Wish there were more of them.

I am usually a Brueggers fan, but Einstein Bro's is closer to where I live. I had the Nova lox on everything bagel and it was delicious. A little pricey for a bagel sandwich but a nice treat on occasion. Bottomless coffee is another positive of this place, if you want to linger and talk or study.

I have been to Einstein's 4 times and I keep wanting to like them, but they are seriously lacking in the customer service department. I had a BUG on my deli sandwich and brought it back AFTER they also forgot to give me the chips my co-worker and I ordered. They proceeded to pick through my sandwich looking for the bug (which I pointed out) and then didn't even acknowledge the incident. They made me another sandwich, but not before they made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them and their store. Doubt I will be going back.
