The only place you can get freshly baked Asian desserts like egg tarts (not anymore) and red bean flaky pastries near Nashville! Please bring back egg tarts and open a store closer to midtown 🙏

First and last visit at this establishment. Horrible service. I finally walked out empty handed after 35 mins of waiting for an order of two boba teas. Others patrons that ordered after us got their drinks before we did. I understand being understaffed but seeing people that ordered after us get their drinks (min of 10 drinks) before us is simply poor service.

Bad business practice. This review is mostly around their pre-order practice. I made an order for a Cheesecake 8 inch and a dozen egg tarts for pickup on Thanksgiving week for Nov 22. I placed this order and PAID at the shop on Oct 29 so plenty of time according to the man at the register.
When I called to confirm the order on Nov 21 the lady said they had no order and after searching through her files she said never mind I found the order. She then proceeded to tell me they won’t have that ready for Tuesday pickup, I said can you have it ready by Wednesday the 23rd instead and she yes.
Come Wednesday I go to the shop and another lady there proceeds to tell me they are sold out. Now this makes no sense since they confirmed just Monday they’ll have my pre-order ready!!!
Instead of dealing with their LIES I opted for a refund instead BUT this completely destroyed our family tradition for my son’s first Thanksgiving.
To be sold out of a preorder imo means that they have no idea of what orders where placed and they aren’t possibly making their pastries fresh. So with that I wouldn’t consider their pastries fresh anymore. I was throughly disheartened at how they could just lie to me at my face about having my order ready.
So for future I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to trust their word on anything they say.

Rude lady at the front, drink and dessert wasn’t worth the $20. Asked for a cup of water after and she charged me $1.10 for sink water.

My first time at this bakery was a really nice experience. I was greeted at the door and served in a reasonable about of time.

This is a super cute place, and the owner is so sweet! Food and drinks are afforable and taste great! They also have caffeine free and gluten free options. Photo shows mango green tea punch (left) and taro milk tea with bubbles (right). 10/10

Finally, authentic east asian dishes. From the spicy wonton soup mixed with chilli oil, to Sichuan spicy chicken. Really can't get closer than this. The wonton soup was spicy, starchy, filled with meat, and fantastic.
Also got original milk tea with lychee bubbles, very sweet and refreshing. Will be back for sure.

I love their fruit teas. They’re always very kind whenever I stop by. I recommend kumquat flavor. That’s my favorite, and they always do me right. Def stop by if you’re thinking about it =)

Great little family owned bakery, restaurant, and bubble/boba tea shop. We've been going here for years, and love the egg drop soup (way better than you think) and European egg tarts specifically.

I love this place. The pies and bubble tea are delicious and they have a great flavor selection for both. I plan to try the Japanese cheesecake and Portuguese egg tarts next!
