The coffee was great, and the Beignets and sandwiches were soooo tempting. We had a scheduled breakfast meeting though and had to stick with the coffee. We will go back if we end up coming through town again.

Very delicious coffee, with lots of custom options including a 5star pumpkin spice latte. The beignets are amazing! Great customer service and they love cops! ๐Ÿ’™

Such a neat place to have in JC. Really glad we stopped in today for the first time!
We ordered the country sandwich, churro beignets, and a matcha tea. ๐Ÿต
All fresh made to order and so good! Would definitely return!

To keep things brief, the food was delicious, the saints own dark roast coffee was some of the best black coffee I've enjoyed in Johnson City, and the churos pastries were both sweet and worth the two weeks I'll have to spend running just to work off the sugar.

The service was quick and lovely, (thank goodness for the lovely person at the counter warning me that I would need napkins for the pastries, she was right)

And the atmosphere was just as beloved as any small home grown cafe,

I can't wait to go back for a second cup!

Good beignets. Had the goat of monte Christo and was pretty good. Coffee was amazing. Youโ€™d be happy with just the coffee alone. My husband had the classic and a London fog latte. Staff was very friendly and place was ver very clean. A triumph in my opinion due to the piles and piles of traditional powdered sugar served to every customer like so much crack. This place gave me much nostalgia for New Orleans. A lovely and surprising treat.
Update: went back today and added the last star. Itโ€™s place is amazing! Added pic of โ€œfingersโ€.

We've never had beignets before, so this was our first experience. As you can see in the photos, we ordered the 3 beignet sampler plate, coffee w/ chicory, and almond latte. What follows is our first impression.

Beignets:
classic- somewhat like a funnel cake ๐ŸŽ‚, only square and puffy.

Chorro- much like a chorro you would get at Sam's, Dollywood, or a Mexican restaurant - only in beignet style.

Chocolate sauce - this was our favorite. If you love ๐Ÿซ, then you should just get these. I wish they gave you an extra cup of the sauce.

Drinks:
Coffee with chicory - the coffee was about the strength of what you get in a house ๐Ÿก coffee at Starbucks. I would prefer it to be about 2/3 this strength, but it was good and I drank it all.

Almond latte - my wife ordered it with only half the almond flavor and it was good.

Atmosphere:
It was around 10 a.m. seating was about half full and got to about 3/4 before we left. I recall one drive thru order while we were there. Everything was peaceful, people seemed happy. A few students were studying on laptops, a ๐Ÿ‘ช came in. ๐ŸŽถ was nice, older 50s style, which was pleasant.

Price:
Two drinks and the beignet sampler plate we shared was about $12. That's a bit high for my budget, but ๐Ÿ’ฐ aside, I would come back ( though not as often due to affordability).

Conclusion: I would recommend you stop by and try it. The owner is there, and he and the employees seem happy to be there.

Wow, honestly very impressed. I got the dirty chai and the Goat of Monte Crisco and both were delicious. The staff was also very kind and efficient. Will definitely be a regular customer from now on.

This place is great! The customer service was in point they were very nice. The food was absolutely delicious. Pictured is what I got โ€œthe goat of monte criscoโ€ it was so good. The goat cheese was super creamy and paired with the sweetness of the raspberry jam and salty of the bacon. This is a great local find, I will definitely be back and highly recommend. My brother got the basic with fruit and was also very satisfied.

Bebettes is my go-to breakfast spot whenever I have a day off work. Def helps that it's a 5 minute walk from my place in the Tree Streets. I always get the classic beignets and a coffee...simple but perfect! ๐ŸฅŸโ˜• Also has free wifi and an overall cool vibe inside...think cottagecore-ish ๐Ÿค”..with lots of succulents and sun beaming thru the windows. ๐ŸŒž๐ŸŒฟ And the employees, especially Ireland and Autumn, are just cool kind people. Stop being a weirdo and go check it out!

Beignets are perfect. Breakfast sandwich was great and nicely different, and the au Laits spot on. Definitely quenched my need (somewhat) for driving to Louisiana to get a "fix".
