Walked in and everything was very clean and we were greeted quickly and everyone was so nice. Staff made great recommendations and they have LOTS to drink there (even tho I just got a water 😂). I got the "Monte Cristo" and it was so good I would have eaten two if I could. Will definitely come back whenever I can. Plenty of seating but it wasn't as busy at the time I went. Went with another couple, we both had a baby with us and the staff was so nice and helpful with everything we needed.

Excellent place to grab some beignets and Louisiana coffee. Prices are very reasonable and the staff were efficient and polite.

We were an inconvenience for the staff. The beignets has no flavor.

This is my post ride can’t miss stop. Great coffee, out if this world beignets and friendly service. Support your local business and real coffee shops!

The beignettes were outstanding took me back forty two years.
I would eat here again.
The coffee was, my opinion only, ridiculous.
We ordered two classic au lait and an order of classic beignettes.
Advertised as correctly constructed with drip coffee ( should be a press for 4.50 ) and steamed milk.
We were served lattes with shots of chicory coffee 🤔.
Compelling recipe. Undrinkable if you know good espresso and a good pressed New Orleans au lait with French roasted chicory coffee.
I would certainly patronize the culinary side.
I will bring my own au lait and get beignettes next time. Nine bucks?
Back in the 1900s when I was a young barman we smoked weed and understood that a nine bar commercial espresso machine ain't a drip or press.
Hard to tell what goes forward these days.
The staff was attentive, professional and possibly capable of killing a rush.
The sandwiches produced for another table were a server's dream in gardeManger.
Really impressed with the cook. Barman was a roaster who said they knew the difference between chicory and coffee.
Maybe a decision over their paygrade?
I like those young folk. If I could make them a coffee at my shack they might up their game.
The barman DOES not want to go head to head against for rent money with their expensive machine against my aeropress and manual frother in cappucino.
So the likelihood of my love authorizing any more of that coffee is slim to famished.
She will send me back for food.
Try the coffee. You might enjoy it. Many may not.

They are finally open. Beignet fans rejoice! The place looks great inside. Nice woodwork, shiny open concept kitchen, and not enough seating for all the business they are sure to get. There’s a drive through for convenience. There’s a bit of a wait at this time because this is their first week open, but it’s worth it. The coffee is great and the beignets are fantastic. Nice staff. Great eats. Support this new local spot, because so help me God, my wife will slip into a deep depression if her beignet hook up goes out of business.

Beignets were lovely, especially the seasonal pumpkin butter offering! A little pricey but a delicious, freshly made to order unique treat. Coffee was on par with a really good coffee shop. I took off one star because they don't offer low fat or skim milk as a latte option. I had to get almond milk.

It's my first time having a beignet sandwich. I got the caprese sandwich and requested to have some scrambled egg added on which the staff were happy to do. It was delicious!

Fresh, hot beignets made to order--who can resist? My favorites, though, are their beignet sandwiches. I recently had The King, which is made with peanut butter, bananas, spicy honey, and BACON. Delicious! Their coffee drinks are great, too, but my favorite is the freshly squeezed lemonade that had a very nice balance of sweet & tart. You really can't go wrong with anything on their menu.

Their beignet breakfast sandwiche is the greatest breakfast sandwiche I have ever had.
