Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea

I come here for the hot ginger lemon tea. Good for detox. Especially, after a huge meal. Spacious with a lot of tables and seats. Every visit, there's only one staff working. Sometimes, it takes longer to get our order.

Modern, clean, and friendly!! This is our go-to cafe for studying & a quick coffee run. The tables and seats are spacious with outlets on the floor as well. Their drinks menu has a lot of variety (especially for the winter holidays: peppy bark mocha, pumpkin spice latte…). They also have delicious pastries including pies! Oftentimes the server brings out the dishes for you directly to your table - awesome service!!

Great cafe. Service was outstanding. We had Tea and coffee.

Nice lil' chill spot. I wanted the spinach melt, but they were out so got the turkey melt. It was pretty ok for the most part, but could've used a bit more flavor. Customer service is ok.

I’d recommend this lovely coffee shop to anyone, I had the pleasure to speak with the owner and I must say I was impressed, greeted with respect but above all I could tell the owner was genuine about their business.

The shop is clean and inviting with open windows and many seating options. I’m willing to drive an extra 10 minutes from my usual place just to come here. Thank you!

Excellent atmosphere, food, and beverages. The prices are SIGNIFICANTLY better than starbucks. Also, Tianna was super polite kind and helpful! First time here and when I asked for a pen she promptly brought one out (and a pencil) so I could work 🥰

This is my favorite coffee shop. The drinks are good, and they have a variety of drinks and things to eat. There is plenty of seating inside and out, and the staff are always pleasant.

This is my first time being here at Sweetwaters Coffee and Tea and its nice place to come study. There is a good amount of outlets here. Music is played really quietly. If you do plan on studying here, in order to get the wifi password, you have to buy a drink. The drink I ended up ordering was the passionfruit iced tea and i didn't really like it. To me, it tasted like if children's make up as a tea flavor...

Friendly and cool staff on a Saturday. They got pup treats too!

Plenty of seating inside and outside, tons of large windows and lighting.

We got the imperial milk tea which was quite sad. Normally when I go somewhere, I expect a shabang and wow, filled with tea flavor and sugar. But it felt very watery, like something I can do 1st attempt at home since I am afraid to dump tons of sweetener.

Their Viet coffee was okay, nothing I'd personally order, but my friend got and I tried. Very bitter, but slightly off for some reason. If you like Cafe Du Monde, its kinda like that.

I'm on a mission to try more coffee shops, and this place is a great value so maybe someday i'll try their regular iced latte, but thats way in the future.
